45 minute wait on oil being changed
No verbal communicating on any good or bad reviews on my trucks condition after the oil change. This would not be my first choice for oil change in the future. But I'm willing to give it a second try.

i do recall the day you were in and it was fairly busy. A standard oil change takes roughly 30-45 minutes to properly complete with a safety inspection. Generally when the service is complete I will come up and talk to you about any issues found on your vehicle. Unfortunately that particular day I got stuck on an extended phone call and couldn't come up. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. I will do everything in my power to make your future visits more enjoyable. Thank you for your business.

Damage to my car while in your care.
My Kia Soul was in the care of John's Towing and Repair for 8 days while awaiting a starter. The wait was tolerable given the obscurity of the part and the fact the distributor sent the wrong part initially. And John's price was fair. But what irked me is that when I picked up the car, there was hydraulic fluid splattered across the passenger side and the car was much dirtier than when I dropped it off. After washing the car I noticed scratches on the front passenger door that were not there before. I do not know for certain how the scratches came to be there but I suspect my car was not treated with respect while in your care.

Ok Service, poor attention to detail.
Had an oil change done. Tech neglected to put oil filler cap back on. We found it when we went to Fort Wayne IN. and had to add 3 qt's. of oil after discovering the mistake.

Chris said there was a lot of confusion from the first call until he actually picked the vehicle up. Even when he showed up they could not find the key so it did not seem like they knew what was gong on. He has gone there for years, so he was surprised.

Jeffery said he was referred to this business by another mechanic for diesel work and for the most part they did a good job. He pointed out to the person working on his vehicle the tow hitch missing bolts and that he wanted the batteries and cables changed if need be. When he picked up the vehicle, it was starting really rough and continued to do so. This was mentioned to the business. It was pointed out to him that there were sparks coming from underneath the vehicle by an unknown person. He returned the vehicle to the facility and the problem was fixed. He was given bolts to secure the tow hitch. He was informed that a young person learning the business may have been working on his vehicle. He mentioned that he would prefer that only experienced personnel work on his vehicle as it is his way of making a living.

Maria said when she brought her vehicle into this business she was in a rush to have it repaired. She was not happy that it took a long time to complete. On the day she dropped it off, they did not start on her repairs until the end of the day. The repairs were not finished until three day later.
