I am very sorry to hear of your problem with the sensor being loose. I have reviewed this with my tech. He assured me he did tighten the sensor and rechecked the work for leaks. I deeply apologize for the situation. Please accept a free oil Change as a gift for this experience.
This Customer provided his own parts and Diag ask for us to install his parts after service was provided additional work was needed which he declined. we would accept his card due to he told us he was going to dispute charges for work performed. he called Police which told him to go get cash as they would not accept the card after being told it would be disputed. This customer used profanty towards my employees and then after getting his car went to work on it in our parking lot. riping parts up etc. then burned tires out of parking lot into traffic. this person is not welcome back ..
I have reviewed the service history on Ms. Crews. we did not recommend brakes on this visit. Her brakes were replace here in March of 2017. The appointment was never set as Ms Crews never confirmed the appointment. we are sorry about the inconvience but we have closed the first week of July for 12 years and post the closing 4 week prior to closing every year.
Called Ms. Butler, Found that parts were found outside of Lagrange. No Parts were available in LaGrange. we sent to Al to get parts a standard parts markup was used in pricing of 35%. I explained I have to make a profit on parts and labor charged in order to stay in business and pay my employees. We went above and beyond to get her vehicle back to same day. while changing a fair markup. we simply cannot buy a part and sell it for what we pay for it. our pricing is most always below the manfacturer suggusted retail price
