Does not check for accuracy
I went in for a simple state inspection. They were fine quickly and friendly but after getting my emissions report I learned at the DMV office the wrong license plate number was on the report -putting me in a difficult situation. Now I have a report that doesn't match my cars license plate. Mistakes happen but this is important, people can get ticketed for this stuff or worst accused of fraud. I was going to try them out for an oil change but nah.

Eloy said he went into the business for an inspection which was done, but he did not get any paperwork to show he got the test. The business told him the paper got stuck in the printer and they would call him the next day so he could pick it up, but he has not heard from them.

Joseph said he still had water in his engine and the same stalling problem came back 3 days after he got his vehicle back. He doesn't think they did any work that he paid them for and he had to get a rental for 9 days so he ended up just taking it somewhere else. They did not call him, he had to call them and they told him to bring it back in on a Saturday but he could not do that. He will not recommend this facility because of this entire experience.

Joseph said what he paid for did not get done. He paid them $1,500 and three days later, the same problem recurred. He called them and was told they could fix the vehicle but he had to get a rental. He previously paid $500 for a rental and did not want to do this again. They told him there were no refunds. He took the vehicle to his regular facility. He is not recommending them for this reason.

I am sorry you are having trouble with your vehicle,  our service manager explained to you that you need to bring the vehicle back to us and even offered to send a wrecker so that we could honor our warranty.

Well the truth is, He never brought his vehicle back for us to recheck his vehicle.  So our hands were tied.  We even offered to have it towed back to our shop free of charge.

Cameron said he never got a call back from the business. He had to call them on two different occasions about the quotes to service his vehicle. They did an inspection without notifying him and told him they would not charge him, but they did. He would not recommend them over the reasons already mentioned.

I am sorry Cameron expected a free check out of his vehicle.  He brought his car to us after he hit someting in the road to have it checked out for any further damage.  The check out fee was only $27.50 which would have been applied to an alignment which was declined by Cameron.  Our employees don't work for free and I'm sure Cameron does not either.  The service manager apologizes for not calling back with an estimate for other services.

I am sorry you think are prices are high, however we know we are much less than the dealer and very competitively price with other reputable garages.  We guarantee all our work for 12 months or 12,000 mile nationwide.

Ali said after paying $700-$800 for a new timing belt and parts, the pistons and valves collided. He was told the engine collapsed. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Joe said he was not happy with the service the business provided. He took his vehicle in to be placed on the diagnostic machine. He was quoted $89 but ended up paying $259. They still could not tell him what was wrong with his vehicle. He was under the impression they would figure out what the problem was with his vehicle for the price he was originally quoted. He was told the extra fees were for their having to pay the mechanic. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

I called Mr Peters and reminded him of our previous discussion:  It is true that our normal Diagnostic is $89.00 which is what we quoted him, it came in with a no start problem.  After checking the truck out we discovered some electical wiring problems that had to be addressed; there was a Remote Engine Shut Off module that had to be removed, this raised the price which we got their appoval for 3 to 4 hours more before we went forward.  Then we found that the Distributor was not turning.  At this point we new it was an Internal Engine problem, most likely a Timing Chain failure or even a broken camshaft.
    We are working up a price quote for him on a Timing Chain Job for his evaluation.

Great people - great work
I got stuck with a check engine light on while on a 3000 mile road trip and so brought it in to Buddy Doyle's to get it checked out where they ended up finding that the crankshaft and camshaft needed to be replaced. Paul and the rest of the staff there knew the circumstances of the road trip, as well as the need to get going ASAP to try to get out of range of a huge tropical storm coming in, and cut into their own time after closing to make sure we were on the road to get safely away. Not only were they incredibly professional and quick workers, they were so friendly and really put us at ease given the situation. They also directed us to some of the best Mexican food while we waited! Really just a great staff who care about their customers!
