Ella said the business had performed extra services without her consent. They were going to charge her for the extra services, until she explained, she did not grant them permission. They never told her they were going to do those services in the first place. They had supposedly solved the issue. However, the check engine light is still on.

Ray said he took his vehicle to this business to get his air conditioner repaired. He mentioned this is the third time he has brought his vehicle to this business, and every time it is the last vehicle to come out even though he takes it in first thing in the morning. He expressed he feels like they wait to get started on it until the last minute. During this visit he asked them to look at his front end and brakes while they were already working on his air conditioner. An employee called him to tell him he needed to get an oil change because the oil level was very low, so he told them to go ahead and do that while his vehicle was there. When he went to pick up his vehicle he asked them about the oil change, and they told him there was not one done, but they could do that for him if he would like it done. He mentioned he gets a lot of mixed messages from the mechanics, and he is uncomfortable with the way things are run at this business because it seems like nobody knows what they are doing. He expressed he would definitely not recommend this business for service because of the information already provided.

Michael said the service the business provided has sunk. He never received a followed up call when his vehicle was finished. His vehicle was blocked in by another vehicle, and when he went to pick it up, the staff was having a party. They were very unprofessional.

Sirnea said her vehicle stopped working 2 days after this business performed an oil change. She the mechanic usually works on her vehicles and she trusted him with her vehicle. According to another mechanic, he put water in her oil and that's why it stopped working.

Job took a little longer but it was done properly!
I came in to repair/replace a slow-leaking tire. Employee was friendly and showed genuine concern. I received a good bid to replace one tire. However, I waited for about two and a half hours to replace one tire, and the shop was not busy at the time.
When it came time to pay, there was some confusion because original bid was provided on a post-it. Maybe a little more formality on the paperwork would simplify payment process and provide some peace of mind to customers.
Overall experience was above average.
