Colket has been my main mechanic for years. The customer service is always above an beyond what I ever had from any other place I took my cars. They guarantee every job they do. Their pricing is fair. The owner makes you feel like part of the family. Ross is kind and generous and never fails to give you that "It's going to be ok," smile. I recommend all of my friends, co-workers and family to at least try him... once they do, that is the only place they take their cars. I can't say enough, but these guys are awesome!!!

Although less than ideal to have to wait extra days to get my car back, the constant and diligent communication explaining what was going on and what to expect, made the wait bearable. The professional office personnel made the less than ideal experience of needing to pay for unexpected repairs, something that didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I had a fender bender I came in hysterically didn't know what I was going to do the ladies in the front office was so nice so compassion they had me in and out in a couple hours they even watch my dog while I went and got something to eat I forget the owner's name but he was a tall man very nice he explained exactly what was going to go on with my vehicle and like I said they had me in and out thank you for being nice and taking care of my baby
