Brent said the vehicle is a total lemon. They reset the computer but it's still acting up and they can't program the time on it. The computer is unreliable and has to keep taking the vehicle back. It's still under warranty and needs to changed. Robert is reliable and very helpful overall.

We investigated your computer issue and our records show that we did a complimentary oil change on your vehicle. We are sorry that your vehicle is having computer issues but it seems like this problem was pre-existing and had nothing to do with a simple oil change. We suggest that you contact the company in charge of your warranty so you can have it fixed or changed. "Lied about part costs "
Double check your part costs with these guys!David quoted me over 100$ more for parts. I called dealership to verify price. Also was quoting double the "Labor" time. It was actually Cheaper for me to TOW my car to another shop to get work done by honest business. Saved 200$ but I would of done it anyway just on principle.

"Wrong repair diagnosis"
I brought my 2007 Ford Five hundred in for a tune up and noise in the front in when driving. Paid over $700.00 for the tune up and almost $800.00 for the front end noise. The front end noise was never repaired and it was suggested that I needed a new Rack & pinion for another $890.00 . I brought my vehicle somewhere else and found out my strut was bad. I also found out I was overcharged for parts and labor! Their motto should be: We'll fix it no matter what it cost you!

Ashley said she did not like the service at the business. She brought her vehicle in because the engine and tire sensor lights were on. When she would start her vehicle it would idle high. They told her they put in a new throttle and said it could be a computer issue. They said it would cost $400-$600 to repair. She then brought it to the dealership. They fixed the issue and the mistakes this business made for $450. She explained the situation to the business and asked for some of her money back. They told her it was her word against theirs. It is for the issues previously mentioned she would not recommend them for service.

We apologize for not giving you the best experience. Unfortunately the technician that works on the vintage vehicles was out due to back issues. We were hoping that it would get better in a few days but regretfully he had to have surgery and will be out for recovery.  We appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience.

Raymond said it cost him $600 to be told what was wrong with the vehicle, and to have one small part replaced. Most of the cost was due to the labor. He had to get after market parts from a dealership, then had to pay an additional $500 to have the two windows installed. He would not recommend based on the cost of the repair.

Mr Raymond in response to your review. You brought your vehicle in on 6-18-14 with window motors and asked us to install them. Which we did. Then on 7-9-14 you came in for some maintance and asked us to check that your window were not working. We again took the panels and parts off the door and found the regulators were bad. We put all back together and did not charge you to find the problem on 7-9-14. On 8-12-14 you brought the vehcile in with the regulators for us to install. We called you and gave you a price which you confirmed repairs at that time. We charged you do put the motors in both sides and we charged you to put the regulators in. We took the door panels apart 3 times in total and didnt charge you anything to diagn. what the problem was. To do this job we had to: Remove door panels, Remove glass window, remove tracks and replace parts then put all these back together. You have to remember you have a car that is 25 year old and we had to be very careful with taking things apart as some of the parts are brittle w age. 

We didnt charge you anything the second time to diag. your problem. You stated it cost you 600.00 to be told what was wrong with your vehicle which is not true. We charged you to install 2 window regulators on your vehcile. We take pride in our repairs on older cars as we do many of them. We hope you have a better understanding of what was actually done to each window. If you have any questions please feel free to call us.

"Still having issues"
The people at Genes are always wonderful to work with. They are very accommodating. My only problem is that I have brought my truck in twice already to fix a problem, spent about $6,000.00 and I still have the problem. However, everything else they worked on is fine. My Blazer is still stalling out at about 30 MPH. I am trying to bring it back for a third time, but money and time is tight. Greg
