"beware"
We have had various vehicles in the Oasis for simple oil changes and the 3 different vehicles always came back "needing" the same services. Timing Belt replacement, and replacing the bushings,blown shocks and other costly repairs. I feel they are padding the bill with repairs not really needed. We actually had on of my daughters cars in to her dealer for air bag recall the same week and they went over her car and gave us a list of things that needed attention. The timing Belt and bushings were not included. We had the exactly same reccomendations a few yrs ago for my other daughters car after she went for an oil change..We now get our oil changed elsewhere

"Oil change"
Bad experience, waited for over 2 hours for an oil change when it was promised in an hour or an hour and a half. No one said sorry for the delay, just a number???

I brought the car in; it took a week to diagnose, a week to fix, and I haven't been able to get it started since. I did not have that problem when I took it in.

Susan said she is very upset that her vehicle was in for 21 days and being told the owner was not there. The manager told her he could not find the problem but then said it was the transmission, so it sat there for nine days. It was a nightmare and she would not recommend them for the issues already mentioned.

"Detail Work"
Poor attention to finishing the detail on my car. Will not use this service again. The car wash of the business is fine and they do a good jub.

Arrived at 7 a.m. to have 4 new tires installed. Was told they'd "get right on it." Wasn't completed until 9:30 a.m. Not good service for a $500 job.

Mr. Lim, I'm sorry to hear that you were charged double from the original estimate of the high pressure switch. We had an issue that was explained to you thhat there was also an issue with the blower motor function that was causing the pressure switch to not create ground.  We were able to find a recycled part to keep the cost down for you which also fixed the issue. This repair could have gone into the $500 range but we saved you over $200 to do it this way and we were pressed on time as you needed your car back as soon as possible.  Thank you for your business

WOW. Sorry to read that you felt that way. As you had asked me about the 90K service check over which we did I'm sorry we had no upsells for you as the vehicle is well taken care of. At Oasis Auto Center we do not prey on people that have us inspect their vehicle to find something wrong that isn't. Its just not in our nature to be that way. As far as the price on the alternator job and being overcharged. We are within anyones or a little lower than average on pricing along with belt replacement which there is no labor upcharge that we charge. On top of that we had also replaced a pully free of charge that had a very minor squeek coming from it as well that was not charged to you because of the situation with your Warranty Contract that didnt want to cover anything. So I'm sorry that you felt you were over charged when in fact my price for said job is lower average from any other auto shop, and not charging you an additional $140 for the pully that we happily replaced for u as well at no additional cost. Thank you for being our customer and look forward to serving you again in the future.

Aleysha said she went to this business for an oil change that was advertised for $20 but by the time they were finished, they charged her over $200 for her service. The price jump was because she was a woman, in her opinion. She would not recommend this business for service because of the reason stated.

"Did their best"
I have been having my cars serviced here for a number of years and have been very pleased with the service. I needed to follow up on a service for my car. Unfortunately the wrong part was shipped and they had to drive to Phoenix to get the right one. I appreciate that they went to the extra effort to get the part the same day(I live 120 miles away). But it was frustrating to have to wait an extra 2-3 hours before I could get on the road.
