My service light came on so I had it checked out at Country Auto. Thay explained to me that the engine checked out ok, but if I were to have something that needed service I wouldn't know it until the damage was done. I take my vechicle to Country Auto and not the dealership because I feel more comfortable with the service personel and the price is the same or less. PS The problem was the mice chewed on the wiring to the sencor.

Am always very satisfied with your service and up front with what ails the vehicle and cost before starting the repair work. Always do a fine job. Keep up the good work.

I took my Kia in to get my Serpentine belts replaced and wasn't expecting to get it back til sometime in the afternoon but got it back before noon! They are always fast and I have never had any problems with their service.

They tell him what's wrong, how to fix it and how much it will cost. He feels comfortable there, and knows he gets good service and a good quote, as well.

The staff/mechanics were very helpful letting me know exactly what was wrong and what needed to be taken care of. They scheduled work on my car when it was convenient for me according to my work schedule. The parts were received in a timely manner and the work was done in a few hours so that I could use my car that night for work. They provided me with a ride to do some shopping while they worked on my car and picked me up when I was done.

Diagnosed problem, ordered parts, and made repairs in a quick efficient manner. Car now works great! Very happy with service and work done.

Against my better judgment, I took my vehicle to another body shop that was recommended to me. They told me I needed $8500+ worth of work, and at that rate, it would be better to put a new engine in for $10k. I love my vehicle, but it isn't even worth that for trade in value. So we took it to Country Auto Clinic for an oil change and second opinion and left there with the major issues fixed for under $1300. I will recommend Country Auto Clinic to everyone and have already been telling people about our experience between the 2 shops.
