"Bad alignment."
Went to get an alignment, & did not make a difference still feel the steering wheel pulling ,

Customer brought in lowered car. He was advised that vehicle may not be able to be aligned completely depending on the amount of adjustment available. Customer also stated he replaced springs.  He was informed that the propper way to lower is to replace with drop spindles as well as springs. He wanted us to align antway. 
Customer actually did not replace springs and had only heated them up. Before adjusting was talked to about te situation and wanted us to adjust alignment as much as we could. Customer was told no warranty do to impropper lowering of vehicle. 
Job was performed per customers notification of all the facts as they were found and still oked adjustmentment to the best possible outcome. Maxed out all adjustment.

Trins said she had to take the vehicle back after a visit in January because they did not install thermostat nor did they flush the system. They did put the radiator in. She said one of the employees was video taping her and screaming at her because she threatened to contact Consumer Protection Agency. As a result, she had to call the police. When she pays for a service, she expects it to be done.

"honest mechanic work done here"
I know I vented on my prior critic but this place has done good quality work on all three of cars in the past. This was not the norm for them and they have gone over and beyond to let me know how disappointed they were. I will continue to use them to work on my cars.

"GOOD PLACE FOR MY PRIOR VISITS BUT THIS ONE WAS NOT"
I SELECETED THE OIL CHANGE WITH THE FLUID TOP OFF SPECIAL. I GOT HOME TO CHANGE THE AIR FILTER AND FOUND OUT THAT THE FLUID TOP OFF WAS NOT PERFORMED. WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID WAS EMPTY, COOLANT WAS EMPTY AND BRAKE FLUID WAS LOW.......I WILL MENTION THIS NEXT TIME I GO TO THE SHOP. AND THE TIRE THE TIRE ROTATION WAS NOT DONE, THE TIRE LOCK WAS INSIDE THE VEHICLE......

Manuel said his experience went fine. He said said he found an advertisement in the Penny Saver and needed his front brakes done, so he got them done here. They advertised for $80, which they used to lure him in, and then in addition he had to pay parts and labor. This was deceiving because they should put more information in their specials with the details involved. As far as getting the job done and their service he had no complaints. He got there and they were ready to take him in.

Our advertisement is very clear...we do have a  brake special for 79.95 for cars.  Manuel has a 2010 KIA sedona van, not a car.  Manuel calls our facility and told us over the the phone what kind of car he has and how much for a brake job.  Our staff gave him a price and he was shocked of how could the price was.  He then tells us I have been shopping arround all day and this  is the best price he has gotten.  Manuel rushed in to our business and had the work done  and was still surprised how good our service and price is and thanked us.  We have a marking team that shops arround for other competiors and we know we have the best prices in town.  We do not try to lure any body in, OUR ADVERTIMENT is very self explanatory.

"Break Repair"
This is the second time I've used your services and it's very professional and accommodating to my schedule. Although it was a good experience I'm not really happy that since I had my brakes fixed they are now squeaking where they weren't before period

"Car had a slight rough idle. 1 spark plug tube had oil in it which would cause rough idle."
Had Tube seals (4)and valve cover gasket and exhaust seals (4) replaced. Had front end alignment done also. The idle is still rough. Don't know what else it could be. thanks for the help. Merry xmas.

Alyssa said she took in 2 different vehicles. One after the other. She was supposed to receive a phone call when they were ready and she never did. It took over an hour for them to do a oil change on the first vehicle and on the second vehicle she waited 2 hours to receive a call to let her know it was ready. She never heard from them so she decided to show up in person and that's when she found out her vehicle had been ready for a while.
