I'm sorry that you had to bring it back, as we didn't see that it had a second smaller leak. As I tried to explain to you, there likely isn't a harder car to work on the power steering as a Turbo charged PT Cruiser . We fixed the second leak at no charge. Again I apoligize.

Chris, I'm very sorry to see that you had problems again. There is no excuse for poor workmanship, but the tech that worked on it had been out with the flu for several days & that was the first day back. Since you didnt respond to my voice message to call me back , Im sending you a check for $250.00 with the hope it softens the aggravation to some degree.
Will look & see if related to replacing belts when return for inspection. Thanks
An O'reilly code scan is not true diagnosis, it is only an list of codes present. We preformed pinpoint & waveform diagnosis to determine the exact repairs needed. While the vehicle was present the battery tested low state of health, which was confirmed at Oreillys. We went through the channels to get your battery warrantied at no cost for the battery, but their warranty doesnt cover labor. It was stated that there were two concerns to be addressed which includes separate diagnosis. I apologize for any miscommunication, if the concerns are still present after the repairs are completed we will be more than happy to recheck the original concerns at no charge.
This was a case of 1 hour to disassemble and diagnosis to determine the cause but only 30 minutes to repair you were charge less than the diagnosis time- sorry you were not happy
As stated the reason for the price difference was due to a redesigned part that required an additional harness not stated by the part manufacture (AC Delco). Thank you for your review and glad to give you a quality repair.

I dont know of any connection with what was done to loss of gas mileage , but reccomend monitor it over a longer period of time to be sure. We will be glad to check if needed.
