Incompetent
Overpriced. Kept vehicle over time frame without customer acknowledge..waited for us to call first to see what was going on. Unprofessional staff. Front desk lady and the "technician". Puddle under the vehicle and said that was normal. Had to take same car back twice, and now almost three times for the same problem!! Unprofessional. Incompetent. Uncaring.

I'm sorry that you had to bring it back, as we didn't see that it had a second smaller leak. As  I tried to explain to you, there likely isn't a harder car to work on the power steering as a Turbo charged PT Cruiser . We fixed the second leak at no charge. Again I apoligize.

Not the best service!
I had to take truck back to be repaired eight a second time for loose bolts and then I was left stranded 100 miles from home a few days later for a similar reason, loose bolts in slave cylinder, cost me 200 dollars for work I already paid for, so disgusted I won't even call them back.

Chris, I'm very sorry to see that you had problems again. There is no excuse for poor workmanship, but the tech that worked on it had been out with the flu for several days & that was the first day back. Since you didnt respond to my voice message to call me back , Im sending you a check for $250.00 with the hope it softens the aggravation to some degree.

An O'reilly code scan is not true diagnosis, it is only an list of codes present. We preformed pinpoint & waveform diagnosis to determine the exact repairs needed. While the vehicle was present the battery tested low state of health, which was confirmed at Oreillys.  We went through the channels to get your battery warrantied at no cost for the battery, but their warranty doesnt cover labor. It was stated that there were two concerns to be addressed which includes separate diagnosis. I apologize for any miscommunication, if the concerns are still present after the repairs are completed we will be more than happy to recheck the original concerns at no charge.

Dakota said the service was kind of poor. He asked this business to look at his vehicle, and tell him what was wrong with it. He did not ask them to fix it, but they took it upon themselves to fix the taillight without getting his approval first. They charged $80. On the plus side, the tail lights has worked since then. He asks that the business pay more attention and be more considerate of other people.

This was a case of 1 hour to disassemble and diagnosis to determine the cause but only 30 minutes to repair you were charge less than the diagnosis time- sorry you were not happy

As stated the reason for the price difference was due to a redesigned part that required an additional harness not stated by the part manufacture (AC Delco). Thank you for your review and glad to give you a quality repair.

Excellent people
People were really polite and helpful which is the first thing one expects. Very satisfied with the service provided, I had a little disappointment with the pricey bill and the car's ac on my first visit as they said they couldn't duplicate the issue but still they charged me $36 for diagnosing a complaint which I already explained them from head to tail, but they changed their impression by very next visit by giving so much information about what's faulty with the ac and they did it for free. They got me, I'm heading their for all my car troubles henceforth.

As always, great service. They explained checking the oil to my 17 year old. Unfortunately they forgot to place the oil cap back on the car and she had to get more oil put in it when it was smoking & leaking elsewhere. I still trust Stewart's but they did drop the ball this time.

Routine maintenance on my Nissan Altima
As always the job was done well and in a timely manner. My only concern is that my miles per gallon average as dropped over .5 from 32.2 to 31.5 in two days. I don't know what could contribute to that loss but it concerns me. I doubt it is their fault.

I dont know  of any connection  with what was done to loss of gas mileage , but reccomend monitor it over a longer period of time to be sure. We will be glad to check if needed.
