Michelle said she recently purchased a vehicle from them but the tires were not up to standard. She has to buy 4 new tires because they were not covered under the warranty. Her vehicle looked brand new and in perfect condition. However, 2 days later she noticed issues with the front end. She would never refer this facility to others.

its okay...
I had my car in for a wheel alignment. When arriving I was notified I needed new parts as others were faulty. I had them proceed and then when the service was "completed" I was driving home and the wheel still pulled to the side and wasn't aligned.

Just OK
Had a set of Tire Rack tires installed here as they are the closest designated receiver/installer. Arrived prior to my pre-arranged appt time hoping to wait on the install which one would expect to be an hour +/-. Was told they were a "little behind" and wouldn't be getting me right in so I got a ride home. It was over 3 hours later when I got a call saying they were done (glad I didn't wait on site). Both at drop off and pick up I had to stand in an unattended empty customer service lobby for some period of time wondering if someone would notice me there. At pick up, the counter person gave me keys to someone else's car and when I indicated they weren't mine he had a bit of a difficult time locating my keys. I was not inspired by the quality, attentiveness or efficiency of customer service here but in the end my tires were installed OK. I'm accustomed to much better service at another automotive shop that I frequent (State Street Tire).

Dave said he scheduled an appointment prior to coming in, but when he got to the business he was not in their system. They also did not reset the oil meter. They just changed the sticker so he is unsure if the oil was changed or not. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Spoke with Jason. He said he has been a customer of this business for years and has sent a lot of work to the business. He has his company vehicles serviced there and has never had to question the cost or the service until this business made the mistake of getting rid of Mike R. He is not happy about how Mike was treated. Mike had his best interest at heart.. Since the new manager has been there he has to question things on the bill and look over the bill every time. They have now become like any other repair facility and try to sell the customer things that they do not need. He does not send nearly as much business their way.
