Duane said this business did an oil change for him. They tried to charge him $3500 for a radiator leak, new hoses, and other unspecified services. His brother checked his vehicle over from top to bottom. He told him he did not need any of this work done. He stated was very unhappy and disappointed with this business. He will not return.

Kevin said he brought his vehicle into the business to get his brakes looked at. They looked at his vehicle but could not tell him what was wrong with his vehicle. They still charged him for the diagnostic fee. He said they did tell him his frame was shot and they could not do anything about it. He ended up taking his vehicle elsewhere to get a second opinion and they were able to complete the repairs. He said he feels if someone brings their vehicle into a business to be looked at and they can't do anything to the vehicle, then they should not charge a diagnostic fee. He had to pay $60. He would not recommend this business.

Thank you Kevin for your review. I understand your frustration with your recent purchase of your vehicle and finding out that the frame condition deems the vehicle unsafe to operate. The invoice states the issues with your brakes, you had no brake pedal due to failed rusted out brake lines. Richard said they are overpriced. They charged him $100 for a diagnostic and $8 for spark plugs that he could get for $2. They wanted to charge him $700 to fix his vehicle. He took the vehicle to his mechanic and was charged $300. He would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Evan said the business diagnosed his vehicle and told him he needed to replace the fuel pump. He had the part replaced by another facility but his vehicle is still not running properly. He contacted the business and asked if they could perform another diagnostic test but has not received a response from them. He received the runaround from the staff and stated that he feels he paid $100 for nothing. Due to this experience, he will never return to the business nor would he recommend them to others.

Tonight I found that my headlight was burned out! Right after I had it in for service! I'm ticked.
You missed a very important detail right after the truck was in for servicing. I had not used the lights between the time I picked it up and this evening when I loaned it to my son. By that time you were closed and couldn't fix it.

You normally do better.

Shawn said this business did not solve his problem. His vehicle's battery needed to be replaced, so he had them put a new one in for $500. However, the problem was still there. He took his vehicle to another facility and they fixed his vehicle in less than an hour for far less. However, personally he found them to be fine, so he would recommend others to them in an emergency.

Cara said the business did not listen when she asked them to leave her keys in the drop box, instead of her vehicle, and to park her vehicle in the back of the business, instead of the front of the business. She had her vehicle towed from the business and was unable to find her keys, She called the business and asked them where they were. They did not know, She called three hours later and they told her they were in the visor.

Promises Kept?
The service on my Cadillac was very good. I was promised a courtesy ride for my daughter back to my house, after she dropped the car off for service. When she dropped the car off, she was told she'd have to wait for a ride. She walked home.

Awesome Employees - observant customer
y recent visit with your service center was due to my own mistake - and everyone of your employees handled themselves very professionally and kindly toward me, even while I was a bit hysterical in laughter. (sometimes I laugh to prevent crying). I appreciate the courtesy, quick service and explanations given to me to ensure I understood what all to expect. The only thing I was a bit confused about was that I was given one price over the phone, and had to pay a different price upon pickup. I am assuming this was due to the added expense of filling my car up with regular gasoline - but to go from $89.99 over the phone to $133.50 at pickup was a lot.
Either way - thank you for taking care of me, you have always treated me well!
