Tom and all staff members that I’ve interacted with are always kind and positive. Each time I have my car serviced at Top Gun, I never felt like I was being “mansplained,” or assumed that I knew nothing about auto repair. It’s so refreshing. But my favorite part (I am being picky) is that my car doesn’t smell like an ashtray when I pick it up.
