HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
UNFORTUNATLEY WE WILL NOT EVER BE DOING BUISNESS AT ANY BUNGEE LOCATIONS EVER AGAIN. THE ISSUE WITH THE CAR WAS NOT RESOLVED WE TOOK IT BACK MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE ISSUES WERE STILL NOT RESOLVED. IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE WE JUST DIDNT WANT TO DO BUISNESS WITH THEM SINCE IT TOOK DAYS AND NOTHING WAS FIXED AS PROMISED. WE REQUESTED FOR OUR MONEY BACK SINCE NOTHING WAS FIXED AND TOOK THE CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. THE OWNER STATEDTO ME THAT IF I TOLD HIM WHAT THE OTHER PLACE TOLD ME ABOUT THE CAR AND HOW MUCH THEY WERE CHARGING ME THAT MAYBE HE WOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE ME SOME TYPE OF REFUND BUT NOT THE WHOLE AMOUNT I PAID. SINCE I REFUSED BECAUSE THAT IS NONE OF HIS BUISNESS HE DID NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT A PLACE WE HAVE DONE BUISNESS WITH FOR YEARS TREATED US THIS WAY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE WORKERS I SPOKE TO AND ESPECIALLY THE OWNER WAS VERY VERY HORRIBLE. IT IS VERY SAD THAT THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO TAKE AROUND $300 FROM US WITHOUT EVEN FIXING THE ISSUES THAT WE WERE HAVING.

Rip off
I had a coupon for oil & filter change & lube job for $20. But because my car needed a 'special filter' & took 5.5 quarts of oil, instead of 5, I ended up paying more than $27.

Hi Rex:

I apologize for the lack of communication.  The coupon clearly states up to 5 quarts of synthetic oil.  The extra pint cost an extra $1.50 and your filter was an extra $2.  The coupon sets forth that shop supplies are $2.40 and that tax is extra.  Sincerely we have no intention of ripping anyone off on any service.  If you want to stop by, I will personally give you the $3.50 out of my wallet.

Over priced crooks
This place is so over priced I really don't know how they keep customers. They wanted to charge $1000 to replace a PCM. I went to Car X and had it fix for $500. The guys at Car X laughed when I told them Bunges quote!

We had a Chevy in last week that needed a computer.  We installed 2 remanufactured computers that didn't work.  We then installed a new GM computer and the problem was resolved.  We had quoted Daniel L. yesterday $763 plus our diagnostic charge to install a new GM computer.  The price discrepancy is new original equipment vs. remanufactured parts.

quick on service but failed in safety check of tires.
Good job on tire repair but failed to see that there were at least 2 more objects in the same tire.

Since seeing such a low score, we contacted Mary and she bought the vehicle back.  She had seen a tack and a staple in the tread, which we removed for her.  They were not deep enough to cause a leak.

Horrible Service
I took my car in for a tire repair. While the car was being serviced, the vehicle maintenance staff was smoking in the garage. For some unknown reason, staff decided to roll my windows down to my BRAND NEW car. It only had about 350 miles on it. Needless to say, when I got into my car to drive away, the new car smell was overpowered by the stench of cigarette smoke! I called the next day and told the person who answered the phone, and he said, "Oh, I'm sorry about that, I will look into it." That was it....nothing else. He never offered to get back to me, or for a offer a refund for the services, nothing. I had been going there for some time, and always had good service. I will never go back there again.

Thank you for your feedback.  It is always difficult to deal with a situation after the fact by a telephone call the next day.  It would have been much easier if we had a discussion at the time the vehicle was picked up.

Check engine light on when I pick up my car...are you kidding me!
Took my car in for a broken clutch peddle. It took a week to have repairs conducted. When I pick up at 7am in morning because they finished on Friday night and only time I could get it beforce closing for weekend, I get in car and see my check engine light is on. I go back inside and say what is this. They guy at counter said it was like that when the car came in and I thought you knew about it so we didn't check it because the car came in for a broken clutch peddle. I thought it was the more rediculous response I had ever heard. The light was not on when I dropped it off and second, why would you not check an emergency light!!!??? I still don't have my car...over a week a now. Very unhappy.

Very disappointed
Brought our car in to get our headlights repaired/looked at,plus oil change,and tire rotation. The mechanic told us that he couldn't work on the lights because they were after market,and if he did have to replace them,it would cost us a lot of money. We only chose Bunges because we live close,and didn't expect this type of treatment from a local business. Another repair shop replaced both tie rods,alignment,and both headlights fixed,all in a day (today).

I am in receipt of your recent review and wanted to reach out right away. You came in twice for an oil change and tire rotation. I speculate (from a lack of complaint) that those services were performed to your satisfaction. The first time you came in, we removed one of your headlight bulbs and got the numbers off of them for you, but no local parts stores had them in stock. We didn't charge you for the service, but rather gave you free information. When you returned this week, you did not bring bulbs or have us special order them. The mechanic again looked at the system, and based upon his experience, and the way the lights were reacting, that the high intensity discharge (HID) controller could be the problem. It was an honest assessment that the HID controllers could be problematic, that replacing the controllers would be expensive, and that we wouldn't know more without getting more involved thereby having you incur a minimum diagnostic charge. As I see it, you did not pay for any diagnostic charges. No harm no foul, just an off the cuff comment. Please reconsider your review. We live and die by our reputation and to complain about something you received as a requested courtesy is unfair and misleading.

Gordon said he was quoted one price over the phone and then the business raised it by $70. They made all kinds of excuses. He ended up paying more than he thought he should have paid. He would not recommend them because of the changing quote.

Over priced
They do good work but are over priced. Almost four hundred dollars for labor to replace 2 wheel bearings is ridiculous. Shop around before taking your vechile here

We are not the cheapest shop in town nor the most expensive. We have a highly skilled staff and you can find lower labor rates at inexperienced shops.  We get a lot of new customers who have tried these shops and want us to fix the problems they created.

Friendly, but not perfect
Though friendly, you failed to notice that my brake pads were worn on the front and rear wheels of the car after putting on snow tires.

I am unsure what the complaint is here.  The notes on the repair order for that day state:  F and R brakes at 4mm, LF sway bar broken, drives like it has a broken engine mount.

oil change
Oil change was done promptly except your service guy took my tire rotation sticker off windshield which he should have left there. also my husband is handicap when we arrived parked in handicap and placard was rear view mirror when we left to go get our car he parked across parking lot he could have parked it back in handicap spot,

Fast service
There were 2 plastic rivets misplaced covering the engine. One I found and replaced and one is missing. The men at the counter are very nice but it looks like sloppy work when the engine is not covered properly. Make sure in the future that your employees are more careful.

I've been coming here for years and have been happy. Recent visit for bleeding of brakes, front end alignment and lube of front end. When I got the truck back, I found grease on the calipers and inside the wheel itself that I had to clean off. I expect better from these guys.

Brakes
I believe they did a good job. But I was told I need brakes. I was never shown the shoes, and they did not tell me that I was at the point of needing rotars. I figured it out when I saw the bill. I believe them, but those would have been extra steps that were appreciated. I would have been less surprised by the bill; even though it was within reason of the services.

Our shop installs and removes Intoxalock breathalyzers.  We removed Gordon's this day at the standard price we have been at for over a year.  I apologize if Intoxalock told you a different price, but it certainly wasn't misquoted by one of our guys.
