I brought my car in for a hub bearing replacement on the front end of my Kia. The very next day as I was coming home from work on I75 my car made a loud noise and something sounded like it was dragging on the highway. I had to get my car towed to my home where I got another mechanic to look at it and come to find out the bolts on my calipers were not replaced or were not properly tightened. I paid almost $500 to get the hub bearings replaced and the next day had to pay an $85 towing bill. I tried to call Monday and no one answered the phone.

"Temperature related"
Took my car in for regular oil change and to find the source of gas smell. They couldn't find the gas smell source, which may only exist at sub freezing temperatures, but they had examined the car done some research and will put together a plan of action, They did not charge me for the time to check it out. Can't ask for more than that.

"Amazing Service"
Of course no one wants their car to break down, especially during the holidays, but if it has to happen, you're in good hands at Hughes. The mechanical skills are excellent and the prices reasonable. In addition, the employees are always courteous and they provide the above and beyond service such as picking you up to get your vehicle when it's ready. They help me keep my prized 1986 car safely on the road.

"Poor workmanship"
How are you going to stiff somebody out of town you threw me to the wolves let spark plugs unplugged truck barely ran Shifty workmanship you say you covered warranty how do you get a hold of you to find out who to charge when you're not open recommend never use this company. You said you replaced my spark plugs, not one was replaced so how can you warrenty parts you didn't replace. You all have some explaining to do. Either to me or my attorney. I am positive there are qualified mechanics that work there I just didn't get one. To leave a customer from out of town the way you left me over the holidays is just criminal.

"The best service in town. "
Went to get my oil change the other day. I was told a two hour wait because of the Christmas holidays. Well I decided to wait. Thirty minutes later,bam. My truck was ready. You guys are the best.
