Was hoping roadabillity and diagnostics, however original issue has returned. Stutter between 1st and 2nd. Tranny service didn’t help but new fluid can’t hurt.

Outstanding prompt service at a reasonable price......
Being a small business owner i rely on my truck to tow my trailers...so when my trans mission in my truck lost reverse, i freaked out.... silverdale transmission fixed my truck in less then a week below original estimated cost.... this was huge for me and my company.. thanks mike and crew for an excellent experience....

Dead transmission made new again
The crew at Silverdale Tramsnission did a thorough vehicle inspection to identify potential maintenance issues and diagnosed the problems with my failed transmission. Once we agreed on what problems would be addressed, the got to work. This would be a 5 star review if they could have been quicker completing the repairs as they had professional training scheduled that impacted the work flow. The end result is that I have a properly running transmission and new steering linkages that really improved my vehicle’s handling. They have a very professional welcoming staff. Thanks to Sarah for keeping me up to speed on their progress.

Critters
Had my truck worked on several weeks ago here and watched them crawl on their hands and knees on top of the engine while doing the work. Several days after we smell diesel fuel coming through the vents. Took it in for another look and they tell me they don't know exactly where it is coming from but suspect "critters" got under the manifold, that it will be eight hours of labor minimum to take apart the top of the engine to find out where the leak is coming from. (WHAT?) And this was after I dropped off the truck at 5am so they could get started early and at 3pm they hadn't even touched it. That is until we called to check the status, they put us on hold and forgot we were on the phone. Don't let these Critters under your hood!

Great service
They did an amazing job, no one would even look at my car for such a simple fix or would charge $70+ just to look at it! They fixed my windshield wiper for free, even though it was an easy fix I was just ignorant but now I know! They did an amazing job and went by fast. Highly recommended.

Spoke with Ramarcus's wife. She said the business did a diagnostic and then said the vehicle was fixed. The vehicle broke down again in three hours. They charged another diagnostic and said it was fixed, again. After the third time, they had to buy a battery. She stated they think that the business took advantage of them and overcharged.

Transmission experts and professionals!
After taking my vehicle to another establishment for an engine shuttering, they established I needed a new transmission to the cost of $7,500.00 plus tax! Even though I had no check engine light they claimed to have hooked it up to a diagnostic machine and the tranny needed replacing. I figured if it was truly the transmission why not take it to a specialist in transmissions? Silverdale Transmission took the vehicle and did a full 30 point inspection and provided a detailed report. They worked with me to explain the costs of the various issues they found and I never felt pressured into getting everything done, my pockets are only so deep! The main issue of the shuttering was due to dirty transmission fluid. A simple tranny fluid flush solved the issue I was having, $250 later and the car felt great! Thank you Silverdale Transmission!

They know what they are doing
My 4runner has been in there quite a few times now. From a about to fail clutch, to a massive oil leak. They just recently repaired part of my emissions system and redid my breaks and calipers for me as well. They aren't pushy with service recommendations and always provide the information as to what is recommended and why. It has been a joy working with then each time I have had the time to bring my 4runner into them for repairs that I cannot do myself because I'm not strong enough to loosen something on my own

I needed the truck back at a specific time and they did that for me. I also learned some things I needed to know about towing trailers. Great place to do business.
