The repairs took longer than first expected and the day it was ready, I was hosting a party! They delivers my car to my driveway!! I was over the top elated! Had my AC repaired here. Another garage striped my AC shrader valves. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and got my AC blowing ice cold again.The people at Auto Shop North West are the best! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle there.

I am very picky about where I take my Sprinter and not a fan of big dealerships. I was referred to Auto Shop NW from the shop that works on our Lexus as they don't work on Mercedes. I am very impressed with their professionalism, they were super fiendly, and knowledgeable. They checked out my van top to bottom as part of their service, documented everything they found and had answers for all of my questions. They are definatly my go-to shop from now on!

Of course we all need our vehicles. We have had two times in the past year that it was vital. One involved the Falls fire. Auto NW worked extra hard, which allowed us to keep our important commitments. When a person is under duress it’s very comforting to know you can trust your mechanic is skilled, experienced, honest, and stands by their work. I’m grateful to feel this way.
