This shop is very good! They are professional and know a great deal about all makes of vehicles. The main reason I keep coming back is that I trust them. They don't add on and they will tell me what repairs are critical and which are ok for later. I highly recommend this team! Ken

ASN does all of the work on our company vehicle. The van takes a beating and needs an good, honest mechanic. ASN is always totally transparent and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic. Always great to work with. My check engine light came on and I took it in to them to get diagnosed. They called said it was a valve and the part would be here the next day. They called me the next morning due to a snow storm coming in and said the part wasn't going to arrive but since I had snow tires on my car wanted to know if I wanted to pick it up prior to them closing the shop. I picked it up and took it back a few days later was completed the same day. Thanks Eugene and Taylor for going above and beyond as usual.

What keeps me coming back is the customer service. The employees are always so nice. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don’t need and perform repairs that are needed. Communication is excellent. Love these guys!

The mechanics know what they’re doing, the owner and staff are friendly, and they never try to sell me on something I don’t need. I appreciate a shop that’s honest, and that’s why I’ve never been anywhere else since I started coming here.

The folks at Auto NW have knowledge, tools and experience to quickly and correctly repair vehicles. I have found that my vehicle gets its problems corrected in a minimum amount of time. My experience has been such that I can confidently recommend them, because I have found I can trust them in every aspect.

Accommodating and very helpful staff. I locked my keys in the car as soon as I arrived (ugh!). They managed to open the car themselves, instead of making me call a locksmith. In addition, the staff quickly fixed a windshield problem (not part of the original service) before I left. Now THAT is customer service. Thank you, guys!
