Thank you for the review, and we apologize for any confussion that you might have in ragards to your oil change. What we were refering to was the maintenance light that comes up on your dash when the next oil change is due. After each oil change the light should be reset, but when we tried reseting the light on your vehicle it would not clear. We were just trying to explain that there was an issue with your vehicle where the reset procedure for the maintenance light was not working and that there may be a bigger issue that is causing this. We did advise you to make sure you refer to the sticker that we provided on the inside of your windshield for the mileage that the next oil change service would be needed. When we quote a job we quote how much parts and labor cost, tax and shop supplies are not included in the quote. That is why there was a $100 discreptency in your bill.
