I had an amazing experience. Usually I feel silly as I have a car Knowledge deficiency. Lol. This was my first visit and they treated me as if I had been there 100 times. I would recommend them 1000 times over.

My took took my first car here years ago. I recently had ac issues riding in town Sunday. I instantly thought to come here due to my dads experience with my first car. My experience today was awesome. I have no complaints. My ac is fixed and thank goodness it wasn’t my hot flashes. Thank you for taking care of of my car!

Office staff did a great job in convincing the third party warranty company to approve this minor repair. Technician completed the repair in only a few minutes while I waited. Also great communication as to when the replacement part had been received and when to bring in our vehicle for repair.

Heard a squeal from rear brakes. Called BLC and they took me in next morning and found rear pads and rotors needed replaced. Pads and rotors replaced and back to me in a couple of hours. Happy with staff at BLC. I would recommend BLC to anyone that doesn't want to pay dealer prices.

Bought this GMC used and did not have any service records. Asked if BLC could change fluids and spark plugs the start my baseline for up keep on vehicle. They were very thorough looking at areas I didn't request. The service took only less than a day. Prices are fair and the people very friendly. I would recommend BLC to everyone. Thank You BLC

Tires plus had did all wheels of my truck new everything brake wise a couple months earlier then I had a problem, they said we think it’s your booster and possibly an issue with the master cylinder but they don’t do those, so I took it to BLC. They did find the booster was bad and replaced it they called me I picked it up the next day. Great service at their counter a good quick work from their mechanic.

I am resubmitting my review for BLC Automotive. My first impression of Ms. Tammy and Ms. Brandy was expressed out of sheer frustration and confusion I had towards my dealership not those two ladies. So I apologize because since said incident guess what I had to take my car car to them and they accepted my vehicle with no ill will towards me. They have treated me with nothing but with the utmost respect and they keep me informed about every thing that is going on with my vehicle and give an explanation if I don’t understand. So as a woman who knows nothing about cars I’m appreciative that I took my car back and it was accepted especially after a review that should’ve never been written because it wasn’t for them. So I thank you ladies for taking my as a customer and still providing me the best service that you offer. I grateful to have had a second chance to really see how professional you ladies really are and how well you treat not just me but all the customers that walk through your doors.

First think was greeted with friendly smiles. Asked for a inspection on a used vehicle I was purchasing. Scheduled inspection for the next day. Was notified later that day inspection was completed and that vehicle was in great condition. Talked with tech and he stated vehicle was put on lift and drove vehicle testing all operations. I believe it was a thorough job and now I am confident to purchase vehicle. I would recommend BLC to friends and family. Thank you BLC
