Alyssa Jones but we only added oil to your vehicle , cause it was 3 1/2 quarts low of oil and making knocking noise. We added oil and your car started right up with no noise.

Sorry you give us a bad review, but we have give a fair price and positive diagnosis and we apply all diagnosis fee to repairs. all work has a warranty nationwide for 24 month or 24K miles as well. We would like a second chance for any repairs in the future. Thanks

William said he had his vehicle towed and taken to the business to have the starter replaced. The staff replaced the starter and gave him a new key that didn't work. He was told they would need to reprogram the new key, that it would cost more to do that, and so he ended up having a generic key made. He stated they didn't inform him about how they would have to reprogram his key, or that they wouldn't be able to fix his vehicle within the same day that it was taken to the business. There was an issue when he received his vehicle back. There was some cosmetic damage done to the bumper and under tray. The damage wasn't there before his vehicle was taken to the business for repairs.

Lois said she had been to another parenting business and her experience was wonderful. However, she did not have the same experience at this business. She stated she felt like she was being blackmailed. She was not under the impression that sales tax was included in the labor charge. She said she thought if she had come back and gotten the work done, they would not include the diagnostic fee but they did. She said she was extremely disappointed.

Ron said he had taken his vehicle to the business to get his tires changed. They forgot to put the valve back on the tire. He had make a 25 mile trip back to the facility. He also said they don't finish the job in a timely manner, every time that he goes there. He will not be going back.

Fine, overcharged tho
My experience dealing with the employee was nice enough, however I came in with a coupon and was supposed dto be charged $39.99. When I got home I realized I was charged $49.00, that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, so far so good.

low on oil after oil change
got car home 5 miles, checked oil and was down 2 1/2 quarts. added 2 1/2 quars and ran motor in driveway. no oil seen leaking with motor running. called shop, left voicemail, did not get a call back.

Well done guys!
Had a rather awkward coupling on the power steering system which didn't seem to want to line up for reconnection, it was always trying to cross thread, the guys here managed to get it done.
We've always brought our cars here for service and will continue to do so.
