Jeovanny said he took his vehicle to get some repairs and something was broken while at the facility. Three days later, there was a lot of oil under the vehicle and he took it to his mechanic and was told that the axle boot was cut. He went back to this business and the lady at the front desk told him they were not responsible. She was very rude and was yelling at him.

Patrick said the parts manager at the business was very rude to him. He said he went back to the business because he had a transmission problem and his sun roof was also drained. He was told it would cost him $45 to repair. He said the lady who helped him was nice but the parts manager was very rude and would not listen to what he was saying.

Was given incorrect information
I was told incorrect information that caused me to go to another carshop to get my vehicle inspected. Because of this I had to pay more this year to inspect my vehicle

As per New York State law and inspection regulations - an inspector can not pass the vehicle if your headlight bulb doesn't work and if lights are missing.

Dishonest auto shop with unqualified mechanic.
Dishonest auto shop with unqualified mechanics.
I took my car which still has 45500 mile, for inspection and they came up with suggestions, costed > $1,550. I agreed. After day or so, They called me to came and pick up your car. I went and picked up my car. As soon as I turned on the car , I noticed my hazardous flasher light , dushboard light,and turn signal lights were not working. The mechanic supposed to fix the rear windshield wiper but instead of fixing he messed up with my car electric and wiring. When I asked them to fix their mistak, they started to give me rediculous reasons. I was disappointed and took my car to another mechanic and paid another $97 to fix those.

Too much
First, she told me you need a smoke test . I asked how much she said 85 $ . I told her no discount? She said flat rate, when I was going to pay she said 92$ because you are using a visa . I didn't want to waste my time I paid the fee but I will not come back

Disappointed
I've been coming here for years now and always had good experience. Audra always looked out for her customers, especially female customers. At my last two visits I see new people working there and don't see Audra. I'm told she still owns the place. My last visit I needed an inspection and was told I need about $800 worth of repairs, or I won't pass the inspection. I went to a different place and passed the inspection and was told those repairs were not needed. Very disappointed! I felt that I was in one of those places where they tell you that unless you pay big bucks, you're not passing the inspection. Didn't expect that to happen at Audra's shop where I've been coming for years.

This is my first time and my last time here. Rear break pads and rotor cost me $364? And that's the cheaper one? Excuse me!

Inspection
They purposely failed inspection because my car have a small crack on the windshield. What a joke. Don't go there for car inspection

Bamboozled
I felt like I was bamboozled into getting the their highest priced oil change. I found out later that my little 2007 Honda Fit, with only 13,000 miles on it, didn't need that kind of oil that I was bamboozled into. And to think, I told the owner that I came there because I wanted to go to a place I could trust...So much for trust. I was taken advantage of!! I gave them one star because I had to, in order for my review to go through.

Alex said he has been to this business a total of three times. All for the doors on his vehicle. First the handle was replaced on the left side. The next time for the door on the right side. It needed a part replaced. It worked for about 2 or 3 weeks, then he returned for the same issue. The mechanic told him that the same part needed to be replaced. Not realizing that the same part was replaced during the last visit. He's skeptical of the service that was provided.

Alignment not done properly
Came in for a inspection and a wheel alignment. Also there was a ticking noise coming from the front right which ended up being the upper control arm needing to be replaced. So far so good. After waiting around 3 hours, we thought everything was done, turns out the mechanic forgot to do inspection...so another half an hour more. No biggie. So I get my car and start to drive home...but the alignment wasn't straight and now the car pulls the other way. Came back and waits another hour to do the alignment again because everyone is at lunch. After that was done u was told the car doesn't pull anymore. I left and the car still pulls right. After coming to you guys for so long a getting so much work done here I'm kinda disappointed to say the least. No sure I want to come back anymore.

Started, but created other problems.
Although they were finally able to get my car started, they caused the transmission to go out. They also made remarks about after market parts that Volkswagen stated was not true.

I would recommend them for domestic vehicles, it not for foreign vehicles.

Mechanics could use some courtesy
Office staff were very nice and courteous. The mechanic is nice but needs to wash hands before going into customers cars. Left my steering wheel feeling and smelling greasy. Also getting in and out of my car, he kicked the door in a few spots so now I have black grease streaks on my door. Would come back but I would call out the staff to be more considerate for other people's property

This visit was not one of the better visits. The service technician spilled some type of solution on my rear hatch door while replacing the rear wiper blade. He never wiped it clean and I am not sure he even noticed. The technician rested his tools on my vehicle without anything to protect the surface. My vehicle maintenance light was not reset after the oil change/service and both of my trip odometers were rest to zero. If there was an issue, someone should have called to ask how to get the odometer to display the main view. I use my trip odometers to track business miles. I had asked to have my splash guard re-attached to the underside and it was the 2nd visit where there was no mention of the tire pressure sensor warning light illuminated until I asked as I was leaving.
I always have a great experience with the office staff and have no concerns in that regard. This was the 2nd time in as many visits where things were not quite the way it had been handled in years past.

Usually friendly and efficient
Loosing my car keys was a bit stressful and most inconvient. Had to return a second day to pick up keys. I did expect someone to at least say sorry for the inconvenience . Didn't happen......

Spoke with Timothy. He said the first time, they fixed the left door and they were not suppose to do that. The second time, they changed the battery and it was fixed well. The driver's side window was tightened too tight so he will be returning to this business. Overall, he felt like he wasted his money because a new issue happened.
