Customer waiting area smelled like smoke
The work was great as always. However, for the first time ever the the reception area smelled like smoke.

Thanks so much for your business. I think you may have smelled some incense that I was trying to use to cover up a bad fuel smell this afternoon from a car in the garage. Smoking is not allowed in the office. I do apologize if it made your visit uncomfortable.

Great guys but charged me $140 to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong.
Great guys but charged me $140 to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong. I wanted pricing on what I knew was wrong with my truck and when I took it in they wanted to do "diagnostic" checks. Well those "dianostic" checks told them exactly what I told them was wrong then proceeded to charge me $140.00 for the checks. I was done and never ask for the price to fix those problems just took truck else where to be fix.

Terry, I tried to call but you have chosen not to return my call. I am sorry you did not understand our diagnostic check. I am sure you must not have understood because it was not what you told us was wrong. Actually it was something entirely different. You thought your oxygen sensors needed to be replaced. We found a rusted hole in your brake booster causing a massive vacuum leak that in turn caused a lean code for the oxygen sensors to be set. I assure you you would have been much more upset had we followed your diagnosis and after spending hundreds, if not thousands, it did not fix the problem, which it would not have. We did confirm your diagnosis of broken exhaust manifold bolts and leaking manifold gaskets. If you would like to talk further I am always available.

Sandy said the service was provided to her sons vehicle and feel like he was talked into a very expensive maintenance. The vehicle has not really been causing any problems, it was just a timing belt and it was time for it to be redone. He is a young man with first vehicle repairs ever and it cost him $2300 when he was done. She said maybe if it was an experiencing person with vehicles, they would have not done that.

Sandy, I am very sorry that you feel this way. Our recommendation along with the industry standard for this timing belt replacement is every 105,000 miles. At nearly 140,000 miles on the car it was past due by over 30,000 miles. The timing belt replacement is expensive, but the damage that can be done when a timing belt breaks is far more expensive and sometimes can even be so expensive that the car is not worth fixing. With proper maintenance this Honda should run several hundred thousand miles more which will save much more money in the long run. The car would not start so the starter had to be replaced, the spark plugs were overdue for replacement so a tune up was done, a broken motor mount was replaced, the coolant serviced, and an oil and oil filter service performed. These are all very typical repairs for the age and mileage on this Honda. Our service writer provided estimates for each item individually as well as all together with tax total. That is our policy. When I interviewed our service writer he said he would of recommended these services to every customer alike, even one of his own family members. I did catch a mistake in reviewing the invoice that there was an honest error on the labor charge as the charge was for a 4 cylinder engine and your Honda is a V6 which should have been less. I have offered a full credit or refund for that error along with our sincere apology. I pride this business and our employees on providing honest service and recommendations to all of our customers, no matter age, race, or gender. If I ever found proof that this was happening that person would be terminated immediately. Obviously we must have not done a good enough job communicating all of this to your son and for that I am deeply sorry. If you would like to have any further discussions please contact me any time. Everyone is knowledgeable about mechanic work.
The mechanics and the mechanic advisors are all very knowlegeable. They do a thorough and complete inspection on vehicles. When I leave with my car, I feel secure that they have done a super job and have made me aware of any work that needs to be done. Lastly, they are not pushy, they let you know what is needed and whay you can wait on getting fixed.

Excellent and honest service!
The reason I always go back is the people.
Everyone takes the time to go over everything so you can make an informed decision about your vehicle. They have never been pushy or made me feel like I had to do anything I didn't feel was necessary or couldn't afford . They show you what is recommended by the manufacturer and let you know why it is recommended. They also tell you what can wait and what they recommend and why.
The waiting room is always clean the whole staff is awesome from top to bottom! I have been going here for about 15 years.

Window world
I guess I have been cursed by the electric window gods... or something. My car has had window issues since it was fairly new. Joco Auto has replaced my LF window regulator 4 times now and my LR once. They always are very courteous and friendly and the work is always done promptly. I could not be happier with the service I have received at Joco Auto. Hopefully these parts will hold up better and for longer that the previous ones.

Another great visit
Once again, I was able to get in and have my oil changed when I needed it and they fit me in on my time. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have any work done on my car. I'm always impressed with the individual treatment and explainations I get from these guys. They are just really great, friendly and trustworthy people to work with!
