Excellent Customer service
At Superior they listen to all of your concerns and acknowledge each one. They are consultants in the care of your vehicle not just a service center, they can be trusted. I always have great timely service and since I commute I’m there often for oil changes and I observe the care they give other customers. Thanks Superior Hyundai Service for caring.

Stud
A tire stud was cross threaded on a previous tire rotation. Not sure if it was the dealership or an independent house. Only noticed the issue because of a flat tire that I changed. Service mgr quoted me on parts and labor. When I picked up the car they told me Hyundai covered the cost. This was more than I could expect since I never accused them of causing the problem. This dealership has always treated me right!

Not a good place.
i bought the car there, and 1400 miles later i had a flat tire, they changes the tire (at my cost) and scratched the rim in the process.

Staff is very friendly
Just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was happy with everything. This is my first Hyundai and the car and Service have been great so far.
