My 2018 GMC truck was acting up. It was shuddering and I figured out it was a torque converter issue. They diagnosed it and came to same conclusion. I was leaning on replacing torque converter and they said let’s flush it and use the new recommendation. For fluids and try that first. Great and honest people Colin helped me at front desk

Jason decarbonized the oil piston rings a couple months ago and I have not added any oil until yesterday due new oil change needed. I would routinely add 3 quarts of oil between oil changes. So if you have oil consumption issues talk to Jason.

I love coming to these guys. They always explain everything and will work with you at your price point to prioritize work in a way that works with you budget. In a day and age where everyone seems to be price gauging they remain honest and up front. All the people I have interacted with are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and eager to help you understand what your car needs without trying to upsell you (unlike every dealer). If anything they actually undersell (I think that's a thing). I had some heavy work done and was expecting a significant tag and it was $300 less than they quoted me. They could have charged me anyways and they didn't! That speaks to their integrity. I also want to highlight the super high quality work; I never doubt that have done what they say they are going to do or have to bring it back within a few weeks because my issue wasn't resolved. I want to highly recommend them.

I had unexpected car trouble leaving me without a vehicle the week of Christmas. As a single mother with one car, this was a big problem and several shops couldn’t even start looking at my car until Jan 5th. Colchin Automotive squeezed my car in and repaired it and I was back up and running on the 23rd! I received calls multiple times per days giving me updates as to the status of my car, pricing, and next steps. I get super stressed if something happens to my car, and my regular mechanic is out of commission right now. I’m grateful that now I have another option nearby that was quick, priced fairly and very professional. 10/10, highly recommend their services!
