A difficult repair on Explorer water pump, which unfortunately on this model requires extensive engine disassembly. Overall Excellent People, Performance and Price. They were recommend by friends, will use again!

Colin pointed out to me the benefit of towing it in so as not to change the “symptoms” of what was causing the issue by trying to jump start it. That was an analysis of the situation I had not considered but made perfect sense. Jason kept me up to date and Tanner fixed the issue in such a timely fashion it was absolutely painless. The guys at Colchin have taken care of me too many times to count now and I’m so grateful. They’ve chased me down to change a brake light for free, helped me fix my AC without asking for an arm and a leg, and quelled my nerves when my boogie subi got mad that I got cheap gas and yelled at me through the check engine light that would not go away. It’s probably been a year now that they’ve built up my trust and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They’re local, kind, and really try to do right by their customers and community, which is honestly a breath of fresh air in our current money hungry climate.

Had an alignment done on my Audi today. Service was quick and the mechanic gave me a verbal explanation of what was done, and no problems were found!

I had my car die on me and I took it to Colchin for an evaluation. They were able to fit me in at the end of the day. After their evaluation they walked me through everything that was wrong. They let me work through all the next steps without rushing me. They also provided honest inspections on the new cars I was looking at. Very great communication and trustworthy people!

Practically took me longer to drive over to Colchin than it took them to do the inspection and oil change. No nap for me today.
