I had unexpected car trouble leaving me without a vehicle the week of Christmas. As a single mother with one car, this was a big problem and several shops couldn’t even start looking at my car until Jan 5th. Colchin Automotive squeezed my car in and repaired it and I was back up and running on the 23rd! I received calls multiple times per days giving me updates as to the status of my car, pricing, and next steps. I get super stressed if something happens to my car, and my regular mechanic is out of commission right now. I’m grateful that now I have another option nearby that was quick, priced fairly and very professional. 10/10, highly recommend their services!

I needed to do some maintenance/winterization for both my trucks. Colchin was able to accommodate me and do both trucks on the same day,,with a ride home afterwards !!

We dropped our car off to be repaired the night before they could get to it. The next morning, they called early and said they would begin an assessment immediately. Colchin spent quite a bit of time making sure that they had identified the problem and then called to let us know what needed to be replaced. We agreed to the estimate and they immediately got to work. The car was ready to be picked up that afternoon and runs great now! It’s very reassuring to know that they won’t take advantage of us – we’ve been going to them for MANY years!

I had another auto repair shop tell me my 2017 Ford Escape needed a new engine. I took it onto Colchin. They did a thorough inspection and found that I didn't need a new engine. Some minor repairs and an added oil change. My car is like new. John is so calming and they will tell you the truth. The waiting area is comfy. And the mechanics are top notch. So happy I found them!

His input and expertise was very helpful and appreciated in the maintenance and repairs that came up with my 2006 Subaru Outback XT. He made sure to answer any all questions I had and went above and beyond in his customer service skills!
