Very Disappointed
I have been going there from time to time for almost 5yrs and each time have been less impressed.They are known for being higher priced than the other shops in Brook Park but they are also known to do good work in the past.They do offer payment plans which is great for unexpected repairs however I will no longer go there after my last experience.I purchased a buy one get one free oil change package which included not only an oil change but rotation of all 4 tires,a 51 point inspection,check the battery and fluids.I am pretty sure I got the oil change and I was told about a few needed repairs but my tires were not rotated and the safety inspection was not thorough or 51 point.I have a bad and very visible power steering leak which was never mentioned and I also have noisy squealing rear brakes that need to be replaced which was also never brought up.I believe that the front end parts that were close to the oil filter were noticed because of their proximity to the oil change and an actual inspection of my vehicle was never done.If you are not going to give great full service to people who buy your deals then don't offer the deals at all.I even asked if those things were done on my vehicle before signing the receipt and was told yes everything on the certificate was done.I trusted it would be and I was lied to.I will not be back

Still having the same issue
I brought my car to your establishment to fix my tire. When I left out for work this morning my tire pressure was so low that I had to stop to put air in it. Which made me late for work. I asked the technician if the tire would be sealed and he replied yes. The only reason I gave the review two stars was because of the receptionist. She was very polite and nice. Now I have to find a repair shop to fix the tire again.

No good want to rip people off
They are some thieves and don't want to admit that steal stuff from people cuz I had a toolbox for a whole bunch of tools in there in my truck and return my truck back with no tool box or my tools it's the second time they have done that to me and I will never return back cuz they are outrageous price not even certified by the Better Business Bureau they are required to be certified by the Better Business Bureau and are graded f

I feel taken advantaged of and lied to.
My first experience was for over $1,100.00 for a repair, inspection and fluid flush. I was also told I could save some money if I purchased the Car Club deal. My car never leaked anything until then. I had to bring it back and get some kind of drain replaced. I was made to believe it was a favor....coincidence that it leaked in the first place after being worked on? I don't think so. Then I had my head lights replaced. My deer deflector got broken off. When I called I was told nothing would be broken maliciously. I never said that but also didn't even get an apology. Then my window wouldn't go up or down and needed repaired inside the door. )Over 200.00. My door handle broke right after! I was told it would get fixed free but it was just a coincidence! How insulting. The only reason I returned was because I thought I was getting a "free" oil change and windshield wiper blades. Well let me tell you FREE means FREE. And you guys need to return my 29.00 charged. My receipt says FREE inspection and then there is a 10.00 charge!!!! But the best is I was told to get my brake fluid changed. I WAS TOLD THAT WAS DONE ON MY FIRST ORIGINAL VISIT WITH YOU. I am going to demand my money be returned for the Car Care Club that was NOT free as I was led to believe. No one told me I had to pay labor. Did you think you had a dumb person that wouldn't look into this. I am going to have my car looked at and make sure everything you charged me for was done and done correctly. Treating me with arrogance when I came in surely was not the way to treat a customer. (Janine is not to be included in this. She is a very nice person who IS doing her job) I am one of the most dissatisfied customers ever. You broke something THREE times I was there! I want and believe I should have my money returned! Unbelievable service or lack of. Can you tell how I feel? (Funny thing was....I was told by a couple people you guys had sneaky hidden costs and I ignored them)

Normally very good, maybe just a one-time bad experience
One of my diagnostic lights was on and I asked to find out what the problem is, answer, "the light went out, drive it and bring it back." I requested a problem be diagnosed (tell me what's wrong) so I could get it fixed. I was told the problem may be resolved and I would have to drive the car to find out. It was no surprise, but I still had the problem and I still don't know what the problem is. It's not a good situation to have a problem the Auto Repair Tech won't address but they will charge me for, "Fault Trace ..." was on my bill. To be fair maybe the light went out, I just never saw it while it was out. I have recommended ART to my friends and family because my previous experience which was very good. After this I'll reserve my judgment.

Matt said he spoke to the owner of this business and explained his situation. He let them know he needed to get back to Buffalo. He wanted to get some parts from another place next door to save money and bring them in to be used but the owner would not let him. They said they needed to make money on parts. They were able to get him in quickly and get the repairs done so he could get back on the road. The owner actually accused him of being cheap and compared him to being someone that would go into a well known steak house chain and bring their own food.

Friendly but overpriced
First time here but price was even higher than the dealer at first but he came down as a favor for first time visit. Other places in the area were better priced but I left it there and I believe they did good work. Not sure I'll be back yet still need to decide while looking for a new mechanic...

Brian said he would not recommend this business because they ripped him off. They said they would perform a diagnoses for free and then charge him a certain amount to fix it. However, they didn't actually fix the vehicle because his check engine light was still on. They made him pay them for working on his vehicle or he couldn't get his vehicle back. They offered him a payment plan for over $1000 in order to fix what was actually wrong with his vehicle. When he took his vehicle elsewhere, they charged him the same amount as this facility but they actually fixed the problem. The second facility told him this business did the work incorrectly and that they should have known better. They shouldn't of charged him for the work.

Not satisfied wiyh being lied to by .................joe, the person in charge. ..........being that the coolant was chnged with the last repair,New waterpump, the fluid did not need changing again. The charges for two hoses and flushing the cooling system were excesive in comparison to other repair scources. This last repair ends my relationship with Auto Technology! !.

A bit of a surprise
We took our van in for brakes in the fall great service, Was a little miffed at your oil change procedure as I was told I needed to have my radiator flushed, transmission flushed and my brake fluid flushed. In looking at my Chrysler book and in going on their website they recommend trans and radiator at 125,000 and 105,000. They tell you not to change the power steering or brake fluids unless there is rust in the fluid. So I was a bit shocked that you would want to do all the above when we just have77,000 miles on the vehicle. We also had camshaft work done in November and I would think they drained and put in new fluids regarding the radiator during that procedure as most of the engine was apart.
Maybe your manuals are more liberal but I felt I was being told to have unneeded repairs. Makes me wonder about your integrity?

I am sorry to see you were less than satisfied with your last visit. When it comes to fluid services there is a debate between the manufacturers who are in the business of selling cars (Perform as little maintenance as possible) and the repair side of the business where are goal is to make the vehicle last as long as possible. We perorm a fluid analysis using an approved method called fluid Rx.

But really none of the technical talk matters, It comes down to we strive for 100% satisfaction and we fell short of that mark. We welcome the oppurtunity to earn your business and go over the fluid analysis in greater detail so you understand better why the reccomendations were made.

Spoke with Josephine. She said whenever she calls in advance for tires, when she gets there, they tell her it would be 2 or 3 days to get the tires and has to reschedule her appointment. They have a sign that they take walk-ins for oil changes and they reschedule when she gets there early in the morning or take her home and the vehicle is not ready until later in the afternoon. She is not recommending them because the prices are too high.

James said his vehicle has tires mounted on nice wheels and they used the wrong wheel weights which could ruin the wheels. They were supposed to do an alignment but they had no proof of doing the alignment. They did not have any paperwork detailing the alignment and they were unable to provide any.

quick service but bad ending
the good----took care of brake repair very quickly
not so good---- as I left the dealership I noticed low tire pressure warning on my instrument panel.
service department said not to worry that light would go out
after a few miles of driving. when I got home I did check my
tire pressure and found front passenger side tire pressure
was between 15 and 20 psi air pressure. way to low! so much
for safety!
