Jennifer said that she had to take her vehicle back to this business because they replaced the alternator but the timing belt they put on was squeaking. She would not recommend this facility due to this experience.

In response to this review, the alternator needed to be replaced on the vehicle, and I also recommended the sepentine belt be replaced at the same time. An improperly working aternator can result in wear on the belt, which then may squeal. In an attempt to service my customer best, I offered to replace the serpentine belt for the cost of the belt only with no charge for labor, which the customer declined. Thus, the customer chose not to complete the service as was suggested, and moreover, this vehicle does not have a timing belt, so one could not have been replaced as customer claimed.

Your vehicle was in for PA state inspection for which you were charged the industry standard fee. Our prices are competitive with the surrounding service centers. We are a AAA approved repair center and employ ASE Master Technicians to ensure the quality of repairs.  We offer a two year, 20,000 mile warranty on all service and we feel we provide the best value and quality parts available for our customers.

Inspection and Oil Change
Service was great. The employees were kind and helpful. But I think the prices are high. I was surprised that an oil change and inspection cost $127.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!
I just started taking my car to WES JACKSON Auto, after my brother recommnded it. And I will say that had I known about WES JACKSON before, I would have been a customer long before now! They are very helpful & very friendly! They sincerely care about their customers needs. Although I had minor repairs since going to Wes Jackson Auto, I was very impressed & will definitely be a regular customer when repairs are needed for my car!!!
