After leaving New York, my son and his college buddies broke down in Nashville. They had no idea where to take our van and they stumbled across Simpson's Auto. What a find, Jim took care of them like they were his own kids. He got a new driveshaft put on it and had it ready to go when they came back through from Florida. I can't thank him and everyone who worked on our van enough, he even gave us a few tips on some work that should be done when they got back to NY. They're the Best.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After having a late night emergency with an axle while travelling, I happened upon Simpson's, sleeping in my car near their shop while waiting for them to open. Their lot was FULL of vehicles, so I didn't think they'd be able to help me without an appointment. Despite being low on mechanics, they made the effort to repair my problem. Very kind and professional people working here, a real gem! I've worked in this industry for years and this place deserves 10 stars. Thank you, gentlemen!
