First impressions
It was a great service. My only complaint, my car is brand new so this was the first oil change on the car. I am new to the area. The gentleman was very welcoming. I called to get an appointment and he asked for some information. When I go for my appointment, he didn’t put me in the schedule. They got me in, but I did wait about two hours.

Marvin Poole and the Service Team are the Best!
I brought my Turbo Veloster in on a Tuesday evening after driving up from So Cal. Acceleration was choppy and the check engine light had come on. I was only in the area for that night and scheduled to leave the following evening. Marvin understood my time constraints so he and his team worked wonders and had my car fixed and good as new on Wednesday afternoon. The communication from Marvin letting me know the issue with engine along with other potential problems (like a nail in one of my tires), was very much appreciated. I couldn't have been more pleased with how well Marvin communicated with me, provided solutions and most importantly, had the car ready to go within 24 hours.

I've had my car in for routine services at 2 different dealers in Southern California and swore never to take my car back to a Hyundai dealership for service due to terrible experiences with the service and service advisors. Marvin and his team took my car with a serious issue that made it unsafe to drive and not only fixed it but did it all within the time constraints of my schedule!

Thank you Marvin, his team and Peninsula Hyundai! What a terrific experience dealing with understanding professionals.

EXCELLENT STAFF!!!
I've ALWAYS had a great experience here! All of the staff are friendly and helpful! Marvin Poole and Mike (the mechanic) are especially good natured and supportive. The last time I came in, (a couple days ago) my car had just started vibrating in an alarming manner while I was out doing errands. I drove right over to Peninsula Hyundai and Marvin and Mike managed to fit me right in, even though I didn't have an appointment. I also love not having to drive all the way to Salinas anymore when my car poops out! I would definitely recommend Peninsula Hyundai to all my friends and family! 5 stars are not enough for Marvin and Mike. They each deserve at least TEN stars!

Happy camper
Marvin greeted me and got my order activated immediately. Was escorted to the waiting room by Louis - nice guy. Waited during oil change/tire rotation and recall service for hood latch. They estimated 2 hrs but were done in a little over 1 hr. AND washed the vehicle. Very nice people, comfortable waiting area, with free wifi.
