reliable, professional, and understanding
I was pleased with my purchase of the Hyundai Ioniq. I greatly appreciate the detailed service that Peninsula Hyundai provides. It really does make a difference, in my opinion, when the staff are efficient and understanding about my needs for my car. If I keep on getting good service with good rates for maintenance I plan to continue to buy Hyundai cars since I do believe in brand loyalty.

Friendly and professional....sometimes the wait is excessive.
The waiting room is very nice and I do not mind waiting so much. Usually an oil change/tire rotation takes a little over an hour, but on my last trip there I waited for 3 hours. Not sure what the difference was that day. Still, overall the customer service is great and it is an overall good experience.

The managers who care about the over all staff there in charger goes smoothly. A great lead set a simple for all there staff customer services is the leading success of all company's. The customer is satisfied they come back.
Mangers must be on top of there staff to make sure the customer get there needed meet at all times by check on the staff performance.
