Amazing
My opinion is that when you buy a car you're also buying the dealership and its service center with it. I would be happy to buy again from Terry Lee. Their salesmen are knowledgeable about the vehicles they sale. But, the most important reason I would buy from Terry Lee again is their Service Center. The seats and environment in the lounge are comfortable. The service is fast. And, the service is transparent. I watched the very professional technication work on my car in comfort. When buying a new car I want quality. And, I want to maintain the quality of my car over the 5-7 years I own it. I feel that a service center like Terry Lee's will help me do that. And, increases the value and life of my car and future cars I will purchase.

New tire rims
I brought my 2018 Santa Fe Sport in order to have the rims stripped and repainted because the paint was flaking on all four rim. Terri Lee instead put brand new rims on because of the low mileage (18,000). They did not have to do this, I was expecting only to have them repainted.

Good Peolple
The attention to details is what impressed me. I drive a lot of miles and it's important I have a good running vehicle. Service tech went above and beyond. Also, had a sales manager wanting to buy my car due to the rare color. Had to chuckle since I just purchased the car a few weeks ago. I will certainly let them know when I am ready to trade in for another Genesis.

Made appointment and an hour later my car was still not inspected. Rescheduled to another day and staff did not communicate in a timely manner what services needed approved and when it was done so more time was wasted. When I got home I found a candy wrapper in my engine bay. Lack of professionalism is a surprise since I have had great service here before.
