Outstanding customer service from the service department
I have consistently received outstanding customer service from Terry Lee Hyundai's service department (I've never worked with the sales department at this dealership, so I can only speak to my experience with the service department). Repairs and maintenance have always been done correctly, in a timely manner and at a fair and reasonable price, but it is the customer service that really makes this dealership stand out. Every employee I have worked with (most recently Cory and Bryce) has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what is going on with my car and answer any questions I may have. They communicate clearly, respond promptly when I've left a voicemail or text, and go out of their way to make sure they meet my needs and expectations. They have also been very honest about what repairs/maintenance my car needs immediately, what can be deferred or is coming up (such as brake pads or tires that have some life remaining but will need to be replaced in the foreseeable future) and have never tried to push unnecessary services.

Used to have to good service...
They are selling fake products on insurance that doesn't work. e.g. The tire protection or the paint protection... its totally useless and come up with difference ways to deny any claims. Also in recent visit I found the response not that good as earlier...

Great Job
I had called before going in but changed my mind and was able to go that same day. I was warmly welcomed and the service professional explained what was going to be done. He also told me about a recall update related to the air cooling in the truck and the need to get it taken care of that day if possible.
They did a good job of it, however, the rep had mentioned my oil change was free but to my surprise, I was charged a fee for the change.

Problem with warning lights coming on
I have two concerns. One of the headlight bulbs was out & had to be replaced. This is the first time I have had to do that to a car 2 years old & around 30,000 miles. I believe the manufacturer needs to get a better quality bulb that lasts much longer. The dealer told us when we leased the car we had synthetic oil, which I like to use. They said to change it every 7500 miles. When the car was in for the warning lights problem, they told me wife it was due a service. The previous service had been done approximately 5200 miles prior. The dealer needs to be consistent & stick to 5000 miles or 7500 miles. If we are going to pay extra for synthetic oil I don't believe it needed to be changed. They should not have told my wife it needed service.
