New service manager just doesn't care
I used to love going to my nearest hyundai dealership for service in Noblesville. New management is unresponsive, unfriendly and is always on his computer. Took about a month and 2 different loaner car changes before I got my car back. I visited the place several times to see how my car was doing and the manager never once left his office to say a word to me. He just seems busy on the computer. Having a business background, myself, I purposely walked straight in to his office, properly introduced myself and told him I frequented the place and that it was finally nice to meet him. He did not stand up from his desk to shake my hand and sat in his chair for the whole meet. The previous manager, Simon, was amazing. You always saw him get his elbows dirty, smiled and was very friendly.
I will still be going to this dealership since the crew is still amazing.

Sorry to hear your concerns, I talked to you several times on the service drive and even made sure that when we didn't have an suv available in our loaner fleet that I made sure to get one for you to drive, also you made a request to have the fuel tank filled up on your vehicle after it was completed and got that done for you.

Service was OK; disappointed with a tire issue
The staff were friendly and timely with my 15K service. But they said my tire issue (a nail) couldn't be fixed so I had to get a new tire. I took it somewhere else and got it fixed for $11.

Not truthful
You can assign any number you want to your multi point checklist for oil change and service. But when you can't take care of a simple lightbulb out how do I know you guys find the real issues that could be happening with my vehicle and you tell me twice that all the lights are OK when I know that's not the case. How can I believe anything else you tell me . A simple driving lamp has cost you my business

Unfortunate
People there were very nice, but the work was supposed to take 3 or 4 days took 4 weeks. When I picked my car up I noticed the work that was done was not correct.

Customer service failed to communicate.
Customer service failed to tell me about the cost upfront. I request to be contracted prior to work being done. I found out cost after work was completed.

problem fixed... GREAT JOB...
The problem was fixed,got loaner car for 4 days,they were thorough;checked what made the fuse blow...then fixed it correctly.
Really appreciate Mr.Lee calling me personally and telling me my car was ready. All of the people at Terry Lee were polite,and always helpful. Jimmy Paris was always checking to see that I was satisfied,and Chris came through admirably. Long waits for subpar results
Let's start with the positive: people at TL Hyundai are friendly. However, to not have all of the issues fixed for which we brought our vehicle to them, and then to pay over six hundred dollars for that is more than disappointing; it's poor service. When I complained, the service manager called us twice while we were at work, and then we haven't heard from him again.

Bad service experience
Do yourself a favor and go to Butler for your service needs. The service manager there is great, especially if you are a single female, no surprises in prices and they are honest.

beware of the online scheduling tool
There is a disconnect between the online scheduling tool and reality. I made an appointment using the online tool. I dropped my car off 4hrs before that appointment time. I called 4hrs after my appointment time, and my car had a still not been looked out.

That being said, they did a good job of expediting my car that day to get it looked at so that my repair could still stay on the schedule that I expected.

MIs-Diagnosis Follow-up
I greatly appreciate the follow-up from Simon Turner, Service Manager. I had an opportunity to discuss my concerns and appreciate Hyundai's resolution of the issue. I do not have any problem with buying vehicles from Terry Lee Hyundai in the future or have my warranty work performed by the dealership.

Potentially costly misdiagnosis of problems.
Service department completely misdiagnosed problems and gave repair proposal costing approx. $1800 for parts alone. Local repair shop diagnosed problem and fixed with a $19 part.

The service department was excellent. It is the sales staff that is not customer focused which is why I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Terry Lee Hyundai. Because of the device my husband and I received in sales I send everyone I know to Carmax.

Work performed is great but they should provide more help for me to deal with Hyundai corporation.
The service was great but the wear on the leather after 14 months and 24000 miles is abnormal in my experience. They claim this is normal wear and tear and can't do anything for me.

Great Service but Price?
Everything was very good except the price.
Had an oil change and tire rotation bill was around $65.00 (with a discount coupon).
But the service people were friendly and did a great job.
So any negative ratings is solely based on price
