love this place!!
My wife and I was traveling when we hit a large object in the road busting our tire. We pulled into Terry Lee right before they closed. They welcomed us even though they closed in ten minutes. They installed a new tire and got us back on the road. Very fast and honest service. Thanks again Terry Lee Crew

Great Place
I went to Terry Lee because a friend referred me there. I was hesitant to do so being a women I always feel like I'm taken advantage of. upon arrival I was greeted by Simon the manager. He did a great job making me feel comfortable. I will be back to have service for sure. keep up the great work!

My service work
After I wrote a bad review, which I felt was justified, I received a phone call from Simon. He was very nice and actually explained the situation to me as to why I was charged over $25 for my tire repair. Although, I still feel the price was unreasonable by all means, and I do mean that, he did rectify the situation and is giving me a free oil change for my next visit. I really do like and respect that he called and that I really did love the person that sold me the car and I love my car. Thank you again for all you did and I apologize Simon, I travel a lot and am finally getting to this survey. Sharon Profeta

Avoid!!
Mr. Lee should be worried about the people he employs. Simon, Ace, and the others do not put customers first. They scammed me forcing me to get it fixed at Hare Chevy. There's a lot to this story. Word of mouth travels fast so they will lose so much business from this. Avoid Terry Lee Hyundai!

2 days to do rear brakes and oil change
Took my Hyundai suv in for an oil change and rear brake pads on a Saturday morning. Told it was about a 90 minute job. Hours later near closing I was told they "dropped" the brake and it broke and they didn't have any more. Really, a Hyundai service center with only one pair of brake pads!! Upon walking in the bay to talk with them, noticed they hadn't even gotten to the 2nd wheel yet. So regardless of if they actually broke a brake pad (doubtful) there was no way they were close to finishing the suv. They gave me a loaner and told they'd have it fixed early Monday. All day Monday I had to chase them down on if it was fixed or not. Late that afternoon it was finally ready. Was ridiculous as I had to chase them to get information, they didn't even have the suv close to ready on Saturday, and the techs standing near the suv didn't give me any confidence. It was just a horrible experience. VERY disappointed in this service trip.

Tucson software update recall
Garrett did a great job welcoming me, getting the vehicle in the system, and getting me out in a timely manner. The facility was very clean, and you could see the mechanics working on the cars. You could not tell that someone had been inside my car, which isn't always the case when you take it in to be serviced.

Brought in my car for some recall issues. They found $500 worth of work. Waited 4 hours and my car still want done. Promised me a car detail and a leather conditioning, didn't get either. They vacuumed and washed car and wiped off seats.
