Easy to schedule, always really friendly. I like using a local shop because the experience is more personal and always easy. I hadn’t requested a completion time for my appointment, but they got it done within two hours anyway. They also are careful with my prized old cars.

Fast, Friendly, Professional service. I took my van to them on a Wednesday the parking lot was full and Terry said they would get to it As soon as they could, but Thursday was also booked solid. it might be done until Friday. I received a call at noon on Thursday, the car was completed and ready for pick up. WOW Thank you 4th street team.

Two icons lit up: Tires and Brake Assist on the dash. Called and was told they were fully booked BUT bring the car in anyway. It was there overnight but was taken home and taken back the next day. As usual, the repairs were made honestly and quickly. This type of customer service is RARE these days!
