really? that much?
As always, Sparks was courteous and quick - a good place. However, in this case, the problem could have been functionally rectified for nothing, using a piece of transparent tape. Instead I found myself on the hook for well over $500 in parts and labor. Once the amount became apparent to the shop, I should have been given a clear and clean window of opportunity to say no thanks.

Ebonee said she had called ahead to make sure it was alright to take her vehicle to this business. She was told it was alright but found the interactions at drop off were very awkward. She dropped the vehicle off around 1:00 pm and was told she would receive a call to inform her what needed to be done to the vehicle so she could decide whether or not to have the work done. After several hours with no call, she called to check-in and was told they would call back in 20 minutes with an update. Finally around 4:00 pm, she received a call with the information about the repairs needed to her vehicle. She said she felt this was unprofessional because by this time, it was too late to take her vehicle to another facility. As a result, she said she felt she was forced to leave her vehicle in the care of this business, despite their expensive prices.

Friendly Service
The last two times we have taken our car in, it has resulted in us picking up the vehicle more than once for various reasons. The great part is they made us feel like a priority and tried to get us taken care of as soon as they could. My car still shakes when i slow down. That wasn’t an issue when we originally took the car in this time but it was an issue since my car was taken in. I am not sure what to do. Take it back or take it somewhere else. My husband is out of town a few more days. I don’t know enough about cars and just need to know I can take it somewhere trustworthy when it’s just me at home. Again- their kindness is appreciated. Car issues definitely create extra stress as is
