Kassandra said the staff attempted to repair her vehicle but the vehicle is still running badly. She stated that she was told the repairs would take a month yet her vehicle was at the business for over 3 months. She mentioned that she was asked to purchased parts separate from the $5000 she paid for the visit.

Mike said that the facility owner Keith was very unprofessional. His vehicle is still not working properly, The vehicle sat at the business for eight days. He said it started out at 110.00 and ended up costing 300.00.

Ryan said the business picked his vehicle up to fix his serpentine belt. When it was ready he picked it up and his water pump and power steering went out five blocks away from the facility. He is going to go somewhere else, and he would not recommend them.

Perfect job every time!
We have had our cars repaired and serviced at Sparks for years. Always treated very well and given details and cost before the repairs are done. Best place in town to have a car worked on and not feel price gouged.

Ebonee said she had called ahead to make sure it was alright to take her vehicle to this business. She was told it was alright but found the interactions at drop off were very awkward. She dropped the vehicle off around 1:00 pm and was told she would receive a call to inform her what needed to be done to the vehicle so she could decide whether or not to have the work done. After several hours with no call, she called to check-in and was told they would call back in 20 minutes with an update. Finally around 4:00 pm, she received a call with the information about the repairs needed to her vehicle. She said she felt this was unprofessional because by this time, it was too late to take her vehicle to another facility. As a result, she said she felt she was forced to leave her vehicle in the care of this business, despite their expensive prices.

Truck doesn't squeak
Sparks got me taken care of again...SAME DAY!
Brakes were howling, dropped off in morning and picked up at the end-of-the-day.

I took my car in for a tire change and a transmission flush. I didnt get my car back until the next day around 5:00 p.m. due to complications with my tire. Whats more is the owner was kind enough to lower the price of the entire cost. I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a quality repair and if your a student like myself.

Awesome on foreign cars plus great service
I took my Jaguar there for an electrical issues. They got my car done fast, accurately and check all the systems. The price was right which made me very happy!

Service is above what is expected!
I was overdue on my oil change and I had meant to call for an appointment all week and it just didn't happen. I called Keith on Thursday just before closing and asked if he could possibly squeeze me in on Friday. The response was sure, just drop it off and we will get you taken care of. That is exactly what happened!
