Satisfied customer again
After hearing of my frustration revolving around my service experience last week, I was contacted by Management and things were corrected making me again a happy customer. So I will continue my relationship with Perry again.

Very disappointed as a long time customer
I have been a customer for nearly 10 years with Perry and have referred many customers to you. My last visit will likely be my last, I called in Wednesday night and scheduled an oil change (full synthetic) and a problem with one of my coils and a misfire going on. Imagine my surprise when I got a call in the afternoon telling me that my car was going to need $1400 worth of repairs, which didn't include the coil repair. I was upgraded to a "Gold" oil filter without being consulted or asked and I was given a litany of problems with my car, none of which I asked to be diagnosed.

In the end I picked up my car and was charged $145 for the oil change and a diagnostic charge, a charge that didn't even diagnose with coil was bad on my car, but they were able to diagnose the additional $1400 of problems with my car. I'm wondering why I had to pay a $79 diagnostic charge when the problem I called about was not even diagnosed....Hmmmmmm

We have been bring our jeeps here for service for a few years.they take care of us and the needs of our jeeps.we will always be a customer of Perry auto hands down they are the best in town never go anywhere else but these guys .thanks to the front desk to the mechanics and everyone else.

The hours work well for me
For this visit, I appreciated the telephone calls letting me know what was going on and how much everything was going to cost. Also appreciated the fact that I got the car back the same day.

Bad brakes
I had brakes and rotors calipers done last year
They didn't last very long had to buy whole new set

Mark,

Brakes are a very complex system and wear differently due to everyones driving style. For example if you drive more highway or stop and go traffic, determining the last. Looking at our records it shows we did front brakes but not the rear, and when you were in it shows we recommend the rear. I'm Pleased with Perry Automotive
I am so pleased with the quality of service and particularly with Mark ( at the service desk). Mark cares about his clients and it shows. I can't imagine needing to go anywhere else for maintenance . I have already referred one client (Tabitha Bailey) and I think everyone at my work will soon be going to Perry Automotive for service.

A great team of people there!
Had trouble with steam coming out from under the hood. Not far from Perry Automotive, so I drove right there on a Saturday morning. They had it all figured out and repaired just after lunch Monday. (And at a good price too!)

Outstanding Service Department
Perry Automotive is one of the few Service Departments that we trust completely. They are not one of those repair locations that will milk you for additional repairs that are not needed for you car. They are 100% honest and we will take our cars only to Perry Auto.....i can not say enough how good they are and the services they offer......OUTSTANDING
