THE BEST IN TOWN
Well where to begin, they were the only car shop who was able to find out what's wrong with my car and fixed it. The best service that I have ever received and Jay was always nice as well as knowledgeable. I can say that I will make Dex Tec my new mechanics even though there a bit pricey. The service is worth every penny sent. I love these guys and would recommend them to everyone. They did an excellent job!!!

Great service and a friendly staff.
Dex Tech Auto does great work. I have been going there for many years now and find that they do Quality work. I have scheduled my vehicle to have the front brakes done as they had found them to be needing service will I had this electrical service done. Thanks and see ya soon.

Top notch service

Personable, Passionate, Perfect
I took my truck in to replace a leaking brake line, a bit nervous due to my relative inexperience with auto repair places. The employees were polite and explained the steps to me. Although it turned out that the repairs were more extensive and therefore expensive than I'd hoped due to a rusted shut air release valve that was shown to me (in person), after learning this might result in an overnight repair job, an employee offered to drive me home and later back for pickup if needed. Even better of course, is that this offer was eventually unneeded since the employees worked (implied overtime) to fix the issue that day. Even at the checkout, I was informed that as an SVSU student I was entitled to a $10 discount. I cannot imagine any of those three events happening at one of the larger chains in similar businesses, but they are all what made my visit such a positive experience. I've been spreading the story around, so hopefully others may share this and these practices can continue.
