New is not better
Parts have now moved to a new building. There is no convenient parking. The person who waited on me was not friendly. They don't have a credit card reader, so he had to take my card next door to run it. Fifteen----not kidding----fiftenn minutes later he comes back and says "you're ready to go bud". No I'm sorry it took 15 minutes. I told him they need to get a card reader and he said ya and a cashier. Very poor customer interaction and poor service and set up.

The sales lady at the dealership was helpful. However, a follow-up call to Bill Woods was disappointing .
My wife was questioning Bill Woods about an automatic starter option MBrace had described for the 2016 GL 550. Bill Woods responded to my wife's question. He said, "I guess you will have to go out and start your car yourself; but you have a heated steering wheel." My wife was unable to locate the steering wheel warmer on the vehicle either and he replied, " I guess you are just going to have to wear gloves!" This condescending response was rude and uncalled for so soon after the purchase of a $100,000 plus vehicle. His sarcasm was not appreciated.

Seemed Friendly at First
We drove up from Atlanta, GA to look at a car. The car had been sitting on the lot for over a year. There were harsh water spots on the paint and it needed an oil change. I had to take the car into my local BMW dealer for the oil change and spend over $2000 to get all the water spots removed from the paint. They also messed up the taxes on the car, so it took longer for me to register it in GA. So they seemed friendly when we arrived, but then would not work with us on lowering the price even after all these issues.

Very Disappointed that when I picked the purchase the gas tank was empty. This is the first car I have ever purchased form any dealership that did not come with a full tank!

Pick up paperwork
Buying the car was pleasant, but the paperwork was wrong twice. Once they had wrong address (not sure about this one but I caught this before I left) and then had my trade in mileage on the odometer statement instead of the new purchase. I called back to dealership (I was at the county clerk’s office transferring tags) to get my salesman to fax paperwork, he tried but could get it to me before the clerk’s office closed. Not the end of the world but a real hassle when you work until 5 each day of the week.

A Textbook Example of Results Driven Teamwork
On one hand, I'm excepotionaly happy with my new BMW. On the other hand, I'm sad about parting ways wiht Beijing, my BMW. She and I had a long history together and whomever buys Beijing, will possibly be a car that I've taken pride in owning. Beijing had her general scheduled service as well as preventive maintenance twice a year religiouslyly and faithfully. It is quite possible Beijing will outlast my new car.

But I'm here to leave feedback for Rick Hill Imports. I commend the folks at Rick Hill for their strong attenton to customer service in relation to the day-to-day functions of the staff which I nterfaced with . As my purchase made its way down the sale pipeline , Hunter Locke, Mike Fraysier, and Kim Greene each seemingly seamlessly took the handoff of the sale from the staff prior in the utmost of professional standards which in turn made an event which frequently becomes a laborious, tiring, and exhausting experience one that was efficient, expeditious and most importnatlly' enjoyable.

Great deal
Live in Dallas Texas and bought a car Online from this dealership. Hunter Locke in sales was absolutely great to work with. They where very accommodating and the car was all that they said it would be. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Nice Clean cars with good sales team
Overall positive experience. Car was as advertised and the sales person was honest. The used car I bought was not a Mercedes and they said they did not do a service on it. It was a Jeep which there is a dealership right next door. Would have been better if they sent it over there for an instpection, oil change and service any other items needed. From a high-end place I expect that. None the less it was/is a great car and would recommend someone there.

Don't care for the Service Manager
Salesman Wes great and service reps Jenie and Susan have been very helpful. However, Service Manager is lacking in knowledge of vehicles. Don't trust he knows what is to be done when pre certifying a vehicle.

Great Customer Care
One of the biggest decision point when I bought my car (BMW X5) there was the customer care.
One day earlier I went to another dealer also in Kingsport and he didn’t show any interest in selling a car.
I am sure he thought I was there only to “look” cars and no commitment.
Well, Next day I went straight to Rick Hill Imports to look some cars. I was looking for a Porsche Cayenne or a X3 or a X5.
I had a great experience looking the options, doing test drive and if I was between the other brand and a BMW or Porsche, I ended deciding to buy the X5 (brand new).

Once in while I am visiting them to see what’s new, and even that they know I am not going to buy anything now, they still take good care of me when I am there browsing the cars.

One year after buying the X5 I bought a pre-owned X3 and we are happy with both cars

Excelent Experience
I worked with Hunter at Rick Hill and from start to finish he made the process incredibly smooth. I was an out of town buyer and valued the respect I received along with the detailed emails, phone calls, and text I received through the decision making process. Once I got onsite everything was 110% as described and shown in the pictures. Overall I was very impressed and will be sure to give Hunter a call the next time I am in the market for a car.

My experience after purchase
I came over last Wednesday to pick up my extra key and to take our trade in extra key. When we signed the papers upon purchase of our MDX, we signed one for tank fill up with gas and a wash. It was very late when we were there. We didn't get either a wash or fill up with gas. So when I picked up key few days later thought I'd go ahead and get the tank filled up. Our salesman, hunter, was at lunch. The lady at front desk called him. He asked to speak with me. Told me that only certified BMWs got tank filled and a car wash. Told him I didn't care and that we signed a paper saying we would get it. I finally told him I wasn't going to argue with him over a tank of gas! There was another man at front desk who took the phone and told Hunter he would take care of it. He had someone go fill my tank with gas. I was furious! Felt like Hunter acted as tho I was trying to steal 1/2 tank of gas. All he had to do was pull my file and look at what we signed. I will never buy from him again! I was happy with the out come. I would recommend your business but will tell others to not use Hunter!
