The staff was very helpful. I was dispointed when I found out how much I had to pay to buy out my car lease? I know the dealer has to make money of a sale? When it ends up I am paying just about double, for my 2014 Beetle.This really hurts when I have 5 more years to pay on this lease car? I would tell people not to ever lease a car, if you want to buy it?? I could have paid VW Credit much less to buy out my lease? I will conchie to let Pecheles service my car, they have done me right so far for 19 years. My dealing with them for 19 years never helped at all for a good deal of buying my 2014? I was so scked when the total came up I had to pay for in 5 years?

Very upset about the total I have to pay?

ANGRY about Service
I was told that my lightbulbs that had just been replaced weren't working at the time of service. I checked the old bulbs and they worked perfectly. Pretty low to lie and charge someone extra for a set of lightbulbs that were not even necessary. I will not be taking my care for service here anymore. If I have been dishonestly charged for lightbulbs, who knows what else I have been improperly charged for in the past. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Reviewed and adjusted
I had given them a low rating due to the pricing of a oil change and tire rotate. I have always given a company kudos for fixing an error. How a company handles that is important to me. They claimed to have researched local pricing for the same services and made an adjustment to my bill. Whether they change their listed prices is unknown to me but hopefully they have.

Do Not Use for General Service
They got to be kidding. My wife brought the 12 Passat in for a recall fix. Decided to do a oil change w/filter and tire rotation. $157 dollars, you read it right, What is maybe 45 dollars at warehouse tire. Never again

Mixed Review
Service was much better than last visit. However, something went wrong in the shop. The day after my service, which included an oil change I traveled out of town for my anniversary. When we were literally in the middle of nowhere the oil light indicator comes on, wait what! When we found a place to stop I check under the hood, every thing looks good, until I check the oil. Low! Really? Of course the type of oil needed isn't sold at the store. I find the closest thing, 1 quart low. Oil light goes off. Disappointed! I love my Passat, just hope it will not suffer because of someone else🙁🙁🙁

Terrible Car
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY 2017 AUDI A4 PRESTIGE (NOT EVEN A CHEAP ONE). BEEN CONSISTENTLY IN THE SHOP FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS SINCE I GOT IT AND STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH IT. NOW AUDI TRYING TO COVER THEMSELVES UP BY SAYING IT'S AN UNFORTUNATE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE. I WENT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ON THEM. I WILL NOT REST UNTIL THIS SITUATION IS HANDLED TO MY SATISFACTION. DO NOT EVER BUY ONE OF THESE OVER-PRICED PAPERWEIGHTS.

55,000 mile service.
Appointment was met as agreed. Employees were responsive. Loaner car was ready as promised. Servicing of car was done as promised and on time as promised. My rating of only three stars comes because of the labor cost. It is unthinkable that a service, oil change, inspection and tire rotation would have a labor cost of over $641.00!! For that reason I will no longer bring my Audi for service. Labor cost is just too expensive.

Look out for extra charges
I have never had issues with the services provided. However, every time I take my vehicle to Pecheles, they attempt to swindle and add extra charges to the bill. The lady at the front desk is always very helpful in addressing any issues caused by the money folks.

Made sure they had correct cell phone number before leaving dealership but still called home number and left a message. Purchased vehicle used from my brother in law and took them about half a dozen times to get paperwork correct.

Terrible Service
I dropped my car off on a Friday and the guy who took my car implied I would have it back on Saturday. I received no call at all on the status of my car on Saturday and then when I called the department was closed. When I finally got my car back on Monday around 5:00pm the work was not put back together correctly. I would never recommend going there to anyone.

Every time I call to schedule an appointment I can never find a time that fits in my schedule. The person on the phone is usually rude and is absolutely no help. Once I finally moved my schedule around so that I could leave work and bring my car in, I was told that I didn't have an appointment and it wasn't until I complained that they decided they could fit me in. Every time I've brought my car in for a service, they washed it or gave me a free ticket to take it to sheets and I did not receive this. Once my Volkswagen care package is up, I do not plan on bringing my car to your location. I wasn't even going to complain but after receiving three different emails about doing a survey I figured I would let you know how unsatisfied I was.

Honesty
Again, admirable thanks to Trudi in the Service Department.
A thank also to her supervisor in the Service Department for taking the time to ride out with me to actually experience the problems noted with the vehicle since purchasing it back in March 2016.
Issues(numerous) noted were addressed however, for this car to be a 2015 with 17,000 miles on it continues to concern me.

Not as good as the 1st time
I did all that I was suppose to do to insure that this would be a smooth experience. However, it was not as good as it was the first time. I was there early and had noted that I needed the shuttle. My attendant asked if I was going to wait. To myself, I'm thinking why did I complete the information on the website? I was told that the shuttle would be there in 15 mins...not, about 30 minutes late my attendant remembered that I was waiting after being reminded by my sour look and the other attendant's asking. Despite my planning I had to be taken to work by a friendly gentleman, who was pulled from another job. Then I called about my vehicle being finished, I had to asked for the shuttle again... (WTW) come on guys, I bragged on your service last time. Another friendly gentleman came to get me and I was given a Sheets free car wash and thanked. I guess I'll lower my expectations so that the next visit won't disappoint.

Satisfied with my experience
Although I was very upset with my initial experience I am very appreciative of Neil taking the time to review my survey response and call me personally to resolve the issue. This shows that even when a negative situation occurs the employees are willing to go above and beyond to fix the problem. I will in fact continuing business with Pecheles because of the great customer service I received to resolve my previous issue.

Terrible Experience
I am a first year graduate student at East Carolina University and was looking for a trust worthy shop that I could go to throughout my time in school as I am very far from home. I found Pecheles because it was close to my apartment and would do the recall work I needed done on my car. I scheduled an appointment and after dropping off my car the night before heard nothing for a full day about what was happening. After not having my car all day I called to find out they hadn't done any of the work they were supposed to. After getting my car back they gave me an estimate because apparently my car had a broken bleeder that needed to be fixed before the recall work could be done. The estimate they gave me for a new caliber was over $300. Of course I call my dad before agreeing to this who has been a mechanic for Catipilar for over 30 years and he said this was absured and a caliber + labor shouldn't cost more that $100. I then drove my car back to Pennsylvania so my dad could look at the "broken bleeder". He informed me that the bleeder is broken but there is no possible way it was easily broken. He is positive that when they began working on the recall that someone broke the bleeder off my car. Whether intentional or accidental, they tried to make me pay for a mistake that they made. I am highly disappointed with my business experience at Pecheles and will never recommend them to anyone. I again am back in PA for the second time this month so my dad (someone I can trust) can fix the now broken bleeder. It just goes to show that no matter how friendly you are people will always try and make an extra dime off of vulnerable people. Thankfully I grew up around cars and have my dad there to let me know what's a good deal and when I am being taken advantage of. I don't appreciate the way I was treated and again I say, I will never recommend Pecheles to anyone.
