I brought my vehicle to be repaired since the guy I was using I had to take it 2 or 3 times for the same thing to be done or redone. Valdez gives an estimate, you sign if you want it done, they complete the work and did a great job. They had it for a week, but my poor car needed it. It had power steering and oil leakage problems. They fixed it and it drives like brand new. I would highly recommend them. Shops like this are hard to find. I’m glad I found them!!

Oz Valdez provides direct service to the customer. He also supervises all service work & orders the parts himself. Because of this business model, customers are able to more directly be aware of their vehicles needs; Oz does not sell unnecessary services, keeping repair bills as reasonable as possible. Have used his services for about ten years & highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Vehicles Nashville and Valdez was one of the recommended auto repair companies to use for Mercedes normal maintenance needs. I went in for my 10K mile A9 oil change and maintenance check. The business was clean, organized and efficient. The staff was friendly and I met Mr. Valdez who is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and the prices are very good! I would recommend this business to anyone and will be returning!

Oz is absolutely the best. He took care of the maintenance requested and scheduled. During that process he found a couple of other issues that needed attention. He contacted me and discussed them and we made an appointment to further research those items. He does excellent work and is also very proactive in making sure nothing is going unnoticed to prevent more repair and expense later.

Oz diagnosed evaporator leak and replaced it- had to remove seat, console and dash to remove and replace it- but no squeaks, rattles or scratches when I picked it up! Well done!!
