For some reason when I got my car back it was worst then when I brought it in. I did not trust this place anymore because of this fact!

Unfair charge
I should not have been charged $25 to have a defective starter replaced after I had paid more than $300 to buy it and have it installed less than a week ago. If you really needed the $25, you should have gotten it from NAPA who put the defective part on the market, not from me. Your rationalization was that "The Ford dealer charges $200 just to look at your car." That makes no sense in this situation. I had already paid my money. Now I had to take time out of my work day to bring you the car and to pick it up. Then, on top of that, you make me pay yet another $25 to get a defective part replaced. NAPA should pay that, not me. Why is it fair for me to be penalized further? You and Jan seem like very nice folks, but this isn't right.

Paul said this business had his vehicle for 9 days with no calls made to him, finally on 10th day he called them and they told him what was wrong with his vehicle. He has no idea why they never called him. The service was great, but he was wondering why he had to call them to find out what was wrong. The business seemed good , but he does not know what took so long.

Slow oil change
I drove in and asked about an oil change. They had a rack open so they got me right on. Most oil changes take about 15 minutes so I waited for the car. An hour and one half later the car was finished. Couldn't figure out why it took so long. They knew I was waiting so why didn't they get it done sooner. They found a nail in my tire and asked if they should fix it. I thought it would take three hours if an oil change takes an hour and one half so I declined. Not sure if I'm going back.

Problem returns
I had a problem with the check engine light. It was on and I spent more than three hundred dollars getting it repaired. Less than a week later it was on again. I am unhappy. However I have had good service from this shop in the past. So I will return it as soon as I can.

Love the fair prices and friendly service.
I really appreciate this business, but I did not appreciate that someone who smoked was clearly in my vehicle. There was such a strong odor, I had to air it out for a couple of days. I would still come back, but maybe if employees smoke, they shouldn't be the ones moving vehicles.
