Dan said his vehicle was in for service and they charged him for 6 hours of labor. He thinks that was too much. He really doesn't think it took that long for what they did. He does not think they were honest with him.

We may have spent six hours on the vehicle but we charged 1 hour for diagnostic and 1 hour for removing and replacing the distributor. So I am thinking there may have been some confusion. Our labor rate is 89.95 and we charged 179.90 in labor and 202.22 for a new distributor. Also gave 30$ off the entire bill for a total of 396.34$ after taxes out the door.

Customer had a transmission failure. Transmission was cracked. We charged zero dollars for inspecting the vehicle and looking up what it would cost to replace his transmission. We gave him different options but he did not approve the repair and towed the vehicle out. Our labor rate is 89.95, which is comparable to the rest of the automotive repair market.
