Handel is such a great place for old car repair. They have kept me going in my old clunker for years. We have real conversations about necessary repairs and options. I feel taken care of and listened to here.

We changed the flat. Handel took our call right away. After checking that tire warranty was expired, we arranged to take the car in the next day. They replaced the damaged parts and also offered to do an oil change since we were due. It only took an afternoon. We always are happy to contact them with issues for our older Honda. Excellent service as always at a reasonable cost.

I really appreciate that. They never try to upsell. Or do things to your vehicle that don’t really need to be done. If they feel something needs attention, they honestly discuss it with you, but with no pressure.

I took my car in on a Monday to have a new tire put on. I didn’t have an appointment, just brought it in and asked if it could be done sometime that week. Was told it would first be done Tuesday or Wednesday. I received a phone call early afternoon on that same Monday that my car was all set. Always get the best service here!
