Automotive service
Parker Automotive is the best independent garage in Tucson!!! You can fully trust that they will do the necessary work needed and they will not try to sell you something you do not need. They also have a free shuttle service if needed. I would highly recommend Parker Automotive to anyone and will keep going back for all of our service needs.

Great work!
From the moment we spoke with Scott to make our appt. to them contacting us re issues w/truck to when they notified us that it was ready was timely and informative. They explained everything and were friendly. They figured out what the issues were with our truck when others couldn’t. Thanks Parker - we highly recommend you.

I spoke to Ryan Wahl at Parker two weeks ago re: my daughter's Nissan Versa overheating. The vehicle had been to the Nissan dealership twice and "fixed" (parts replaced) but the issue kept reoccurring. Ryan immediately got the car into his shop and they found the culprit. A new part was ordered and the car cooling issue fixed! Ryan was extremely responsive by phone and quickly got the looked at and problem diagnosed. We could not have been more pleased and satisfied by Parker Automotive and Ryan! We're clients for life! Thank you!

Excellent service
My husband and I have been using Parker for about 5 years. We find their service excellent! Their work on our two Acura’s has always been superb at prices much lower than our previous mechanic. We highly recommend this company to anyone who expect five star service at reasonable prices. Ryan is an awesome:)

My experience with Parker Automotive
Very friendly and caring staff at Parker Automotive. I feel llike I'm part of the family. My dog Ruby would agree, if she could type. I joined Parker after Scott Murtaugh of Tucson Automotive joined Parker. Scott is the best car mechanic I've ever worked with.

Great customer service. Love them!
Been a customer for 10 years. Courtesy drive home and back. They even wash your car before you get it back. Great customer service. Highly recommend them . They keep my 21 year old car on the road.

Great place and Fantastic Mechanics
The 2 serivce techs Ryan & Scott are the absolute best in the industry, The Techs.(Mecanics) lead by Shane Parker will never let you down, they are a caring bunch and treat every vehicle as if it was their own. Have been using them since 2006 and prefer them to a dealer, a more personalized service.

Best Oil Change
You get what you pay for at the Parker place! Went in for an oil change and was so pleased to find out when I left that the hardest part of my car to clean being my windshield was spotless! Scott always takes good care of me and my sister making me so glad that Parker finally talked him into joining their group!
I get tempted to go where it’s cheaper but the coupons are a big help reminding me go where you will have no regrets and keep your car safely and properly on the road. I highly recommend taking your car for repairs or check up or anything it needs to this wonderful establishment on the north east corner of Speedway and Rosemont.

Would not recommend.
Brought it in for a ball joint change. Charged me $62 and told me they could not change it with out changing the control arm and would cost $1143+ tax which was incorrect as i had it changed and the control arm did not need to be replaced. So becareful they will charge you money without doing any maintenance on your vehicle.

Upon inspection of your vehicle, we found the left front control arm, ball joint, hub assembly were rusted beyond repair. As per our recommendation, the safe and proper repair was for the replacement of the left front control arm, ball joint, and hub assembly. With over 100 years of combined experience, we collectively felt the recommendations were the proper repair for the safety of yourself as well as others. Excellent customer service & excellent work
All my concerns were addressed for an older Toyota Camry that has weathered many harsh winters in the Northeast. Scott was very upfront about the work that my car was going to need as well as the costs involved. Attention was given to the immediate problems & a prioritized list was made of the other work that the car would eventually need. The work done was superior & everybody at Parker’s was so helpful. I felt so well taken care of when I drove my car home. Thank you! My friend, who drove me to drop off & pick up my car, was so impressed that he said he’s going to start using Parker for his Nissan.

Routine Maintenance “works”!
I am so appreciative for Parker Automotive’s excellent service to inform me of needed work to maintain my Toyota, for the long-haul. If needed, they offer courtesy transportation while maintenance is performed, but they also have a comfortable waiting area for customers. I definitely recommend Parker Automotive to those who want to keep their vehicle in optimum condition.
