We talked to Glen today about replacing the serpentine belt with his air conditioning compressor job. Glen is correct that we should have called to get approval for the additional 66.33. I explained to glen we do not usually do that; however this was a oversight on our part and are more than happy to send Glen a refund for the cost of the serpentine belt. Glen did state he was happy with the job and really just wanted the a/c fixed. Glen did not ask for the refund, However our policy is to never charge customers for parts or labor that was not authorized by the customer. We do appreciate your buisness and hope to hear from you again.
Scott laid it all out for me, total cost on repairs that would take care of all the issues, proving that even with its age, It .would be better option to repair.
I didn't write this until I had a chance to put some miles on the replacement to make sure we had no other issues to deal with. I am pleased to say I am very pleased with the repairs
Demetrice, im sorry you are upset i took a few days to repair your car. Unfortantly the part was not in town and had to be ordered. And also that the car is now a little louder since we replaced the plugged up convertor. I am happy you did bring it back and have us double check that for you, and thankfully it turns out it was just more exhuast noise than before now that the convertor can flow corretly. thank you for the review.
