Sorry for any inconvenience, however, we have not denied anything besides the bumper that was previously damaged from being dropped off by a non certified tow company that the customer hired. As for the oil, the vehicle was not running when it came to us and it would not have been able to leave the shop without oil because of the work that was required to do to the vehicle and when the customer came back we did determined that the vehicle is burning oil. We agreed to check the vehicle out once again when the customer was able to leave the vehicle but we have yet to see the vehicle again. We will help in anyway we can and stand behind our work.
