Don said the business gave him a fair understanding of what they did. However, he said they repaired the oil leak and he still has it. He also said they replaced a water pump which he said should have been cheaper.

Craig said it took this business three times longer than the promised time to do the work and the cost was also three times more than he was expecting. He would not recommend this business because of this.

Again as you posted a bad review on google as well.  Not only was the issue stated to be wrong not the problem and the actual fix required removing the transmission and obtaining obsolete parts.  But the invoice still has not been paid and was sent to collections do to failure to pay on agreed terms.  If you have a problem with our service or business practices we encourage you to contact us to give us a oportunity to make it right.  However after multiple attempts to contact you you have failed to return multiple voice mails.  Please feel free to post a correct review of how the transaction took place.

DIDN'T GET THE SERVICE I WANTED

Love these guys
Started having problems with my heater. My passengers were freezing. I called and talked to them about my problem and they got me in, in a timely manner. Then they fixed my heater and it didn’t cost nearly as much as I had feared. My passengers and bank account are smiling.

I recommend Platinum to anyone who asks.
