Again as you posted a bad review on google as well.  Not only was the issue stated to be wrong not the problem and the actual fix required removing the transmission and obtaining obsolete parts.  But the invoice still has not been paid and was sent to collections do to failure to pay on agreed terms.  If you have a problem with our service or business practices we encourage you to contact us to give us a oportunity to make it right.  However after multiple attempts to contact you you have failed to return multiple voice mails.  Please feel free to post a correct review of how the transaction took place.

"Robert is a great store manager! He manages to schedule me in quickly and I am always treated extremely well by him and the mechanics! "
I am impressed with Platinum Automotives' focus on the "mature" automobile. I saw Robert's presentation at a BNI group and was very interested in the money saving options of keeping up on the maintenance of an older vehicle vs. losing money on always purchasing brand new! All the employees operate well together as a team and always treat customers as though they are important.

"Great service!"
I was impressed that they spent time and energy trying to diagnose the problem and when they couldn't fix it, I was not charged for their time and energy. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for service as well as telling my friends about them. Pick up and delivery shuttle service is surly a big plus!!

"Honest, fast, efficient"
Ok, so whoever scheduled my appointment messed up putting it in the computer, but I was seen right away anyway and out the door in under half an hour. I had an Uber inspection and it was so affordable that it was definitely cheaper than driving.to Uber's designated mechanic in Yakima. They even wwnt above and beyond and let me know of some upcoming routine issues and gave me a very reasonable quote! Nice job, Platinum. Well done.
