Not honest
Make sure if your a woman you take a man with you, because they will tell you your car needs work done, that it in fact does not. What a disappointment that in 2018 mechanics are still taking advantage of woman.

We are truley sorry you feel this way. Your car needs front end parts, and we can not and will not align a car with bad parts. The shop that "fixed" your pull did one of two things. they either changed air pressure or rotated tires. this is not gonna solve your problem. You will continue to wear tires. Again I'm sorry you feel we are dishonest, we just do things the rihgt way.

This place sucks
I went to get a free alignment that never even happened and now my car pulls to one side even more. Never going here or referring anyone here again

Good quality, bad customer service
When I went to TCR, I had made an appointment for 1:30 for a stud repair on my Honda. When I arrived, I was happy that the people up front took care of checking me in immediately. However, despite my appointment at 1:30, they took in a walk-in oil change and didn't even take my car back to be worked on for another 45 minutes. What was the point of making the appointment then? That's absolutely ridiculous. They even had to call someone in to do in after 45 minutes of nothing. I am extremely disappointed. If I make an appointment, my car should be taken back within 15 minutes of arrival.

Rebate
I had struts replaced in Sept. 2017 and 60.00 rebate was offered. I never received a check and told the owner, Andrew, when I didn't receive it by December . He said he would look into and make it right. I never heard anything from him again. Then at the end of February 2018 I had a radiator flush, mentioned the rebate had not been received , and again they would make it right . When I mentioned that the owner said he would personally take care of it ,the cashier said he didn't know anything about it and $25.00 dollars was taken off my bill. Now it is May I mentioned not receiving the rebate again paid 23.91dollars for an oil change and Andrew said call me ,the rep. for the company was suppose to come in and of course he was a no show, I was told. With an attitude Andrew said we already gave you a lot of money off. I guess that's the 25 dollars and he would send me a check for 35.00, like I was looking for something for nothing. I feel they are all talk in keeping their word. I will not be going back. Who knows if I will ever see the check that was promised, I won't hold my breath.

Brinan said the mechanics at the business did not do the repair correctly. She had to take her vehicle someplace else to do the repair. Mike is amazing, his customer service skills are excellent, but she will not go back again because of the service work.

Alignment was worse after leaving..!
Was told by fellow Costco employee that TCR does free alignments for Costco employees.. I said what the hell and I took my 2012 4runner down yesterday for alignment after installing 3inch lift.. The tech was done in about 20-25 min, at the moment I thought it was awesome and the tech must really know what he is doing (every alignment I've ever had has always taken at least an hour).. Well I was wrong, I noticed while driving home yesterday that it pulled a lot more after TCR had done the "alignment".. Just by looking at it I could tell the front wheels had to much camber as well as toe.. My normal alignment guy was able to squeeze me in this morning to have it rechecked and sure enough more then a half inch positive toe as well as way to much camber.. had it redone by my guy and the car now drives how it should and is now a lot closer to factory alignment specs.. Also any reputable alignment shop will give the customer paperwork on the specs from before and after alignment, at TCR i was given nothing..!?! I know I shouldn't be that upset bc after all it was free but for the future don't offer free services if your not gonna do them correctly and half ass it..!!

worst customer service ever
I took my 2013 vw cc for am alignment, they only did the fron tires and never told me they didn't have the equipment to do the back tires, after exactly 1 year a came back and told them about the issue with the back tires, (the tires being severed damaged) they gave me the worst attitude and they talk to me like i didn't know anything about cars, i will NEVER take my car to this place again or recomend my friends and family again

Juan we looked at your car 10/3/2016 you never Rotated your tires for 20 thousand miles which is what ruined the tires we explained this to you. We attempted to work on your car on 10/25/2017 and you lowered the car which also threw off the Alignment specs as well. However we could not confirm how far off you threw the alignment off because we could not get the car on the rack being that it was too low to the ground. We do in fact do 4 wheel alignments all day long however not rotating the tires will wear them out no matter what and lowering car will also throw off specs. Good luck to you sir

Long wait
So I showed up at 930 am on a Monday for a basic alignment. I was referred here from discount tire because my tires were wearing in the insides... I was told to come back at 1030 when there would be an opening for service so I grabbed some food and returned at 1015. I told them I was there for a 1030 appt and they said no problem we'll get ya taken care of and took my keys. My truck did not move for another hour. At 1130 they test drove it and then put it on the rack. The tech said it was out of alignment 1/16 and he made a quick adjustment and was done with the service. Probably took a total of 10 minutes once it was on the rack. I paid for their service and went on about my day.

Tried to rip me off. With lies. 45 min wait for estimate
Told me my. Crossbar broke my aliment wasn't done. And struts are just fine. I took my car elsewhere

I'm sorry you feel that we tried to rip you off, our intensions were not to make you feel that way. First off it's your lower control arm bushings that are bad, I'm not sure what a crossbar is. Second we took you out and showed you that the bushings were bad, the left side bushing is worn and shows extreme movement. the right side is cracked. You commented that you just had them done "AT ANOTHER SHOP, BY ANOTHER MECHANIC."  We simply showed you what was wrong and encouraged you to return to said mechanic. Every customer is given an estimate if work is needed. As far as the wait time, I am sorry. Had your front end been OK to align, it would have been done in the wait time quoted "45mins-1hr." Again i apologize for any mis communication or understanding. I still believe you should return to your mechanic for warranty work. With those bushings being bad you will continue to have bad tire wear. Thank you and have a great day.

Disappointed
Angry and disappointed about unprofesional workmanship on brakes for my 1965 Ranchero. 548.00 later, truck still wobbles, brake pedal still too low, and brakes grind and creak when applied. I want at least half my money refunded so I can have truck repaired elsewhere.
Please refund 274.00.

Tom we repaired a air system that you had that was 15 years old we fixed it and it was working properly when you left. You went and played with it and then started having problems we refunded you on a switch that "you felt was defective". Good luck to you in the future but dealing with a air system that old and sealing it properly after 15 years its going to keep finding the weak spots and leaking.

Awful Service!
If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment for an oil change. An hour and forty minutes later they were done! No comments in the meantime, no concern for my time or schedule, just you should spend more money with us for these other services, and here is the bill. Terrible. One brief "sorry for the wait" as I left.

Richard said he brought his vehicle into the business to get an alignment performed on his vehicle. When he received his vehicle he was not satisfied with the way the alignment was performed on his vehicle as his steering wheel is still crooked. He said he will not be returning to the business for service as his vehicle is brand new and the alignment should have been done correctly. Due to these reasons he would not recommend the business for service.

Michael said he was very unhappy with the business. He was told they couldn't do an alignment due to worn parts and he bought parts for it. He got a second opinion and found out the ball joints were good. He put the new parts on his vehicle anyway.

Michael your ball joints were a safety issue and we advised you of that, you then brought the arm in to ask where it was bad however you cannot check ball joints without them being on the vehicle you nor you or us have enough weight or strength to do so. You also used auto zone parts on your car which will not last you more than 6 months you were also advised of that and why premium parts are so much more expensive. We did your alignment at no CHARGE because you are a Costco employee!! you or your mechanic also did not install the parts correctly which is why you have clunk now. We called you to show you the ball joints while we had it on our rack so you could see it for yourself and you did not come down when you came back you were extremely rude. Good luck Michael with your car and best of luck to you.

Thomas were sorry you feel that way however you are more than welcome to shop our prices. We had to bring down the front end of the vehicle to take the stress off your upper ball joint which was why you had to replace them.
