"Crooks "
Took my car in for new head gaskets. Suddenly had a power steering issue when i picked it up. When asked i was told they had to take the power steering pump off to replace headgaskets. The whine was just air in the line dont worry about it. Now i have no power steering and will do nothing about it. NOTHING!!

John said the business never called him after he had taken his vehicle in. He had to call them to set up a bid. After he set up the bid with them, they never called about the service. They had gone over the bid by 75 percent and never called to alert him of that or whenever they ordered parts or installed them. There might have been parts covered by the warranty and they did not even check and just replaced them under full cost. He would not recommend the business for the reasons already stated.

"Much higher cost than the estimate"
The final cost was $250 more than they told me when I told them to go ahead with the repairs. I would of understood if they would of given me the correct estimate. It came a s a shock when the bill went from $350 to $612. The personnel were very polite, I just wish they would of warned me that the cost had gone up so much.

Max said this business replaced a fuel injection module. After he drove a couple hundred miles, his vehicle lost power, as it did prior to them servicing his vehicle. He paid $1,200 to get the part replaced, he waited 4 days for the service to be completed, and the problem was not addressed. He does not plan to take his vehicle back to them because he's not from the area and was just passing by. He said he would not recommend them to others due to reasons already stated.
